First time stop. It was early afternoon so it was not crowded. Tonight I tried the Enchiladas con mole. It was delicious. This is a unique dish and you should ask if you can sample the mole sauce if you have not tried it before. It is a dark brown sauce with a strong flavor.

Off to a great start. Chips and salsa were great. Now the bad part…waited 25 minutes after ordering to receive my food. I am currently waiting for someone to show up with a check so I can pay. Extremely understaffed. The wait staff is neglecting anyone, they’re just covered up. My meal was delicious, however.

My office has ordered takeout from Blue Agave every Tuesday this summer. I tried something different almost every week, and was never disappointed. I can honestly say that everything I have had from Blue Agave was delicious. My favorite so far is Lunch Special #17.

Not going back. We went there for drinks a small appetizer before we had to be somewhere. Food took well over an hour to get and all we ordered was a single serving of cheese dip. Just cheese dip. A whole hour to get. We did get a margarita each and they were decent. The people behind us got there before us and they were still waiting on the food when we left. Looked over to the kitchen area and noticed they were dipping salsa out of a pot that was sitting on the ground. Very disturbing. Finally when the cheese dip came we took 2 bites and left. Finally the hostess, not even our waiter brought us our check. Noticed they charged me $80 for 2 margs and a small cheese dip. Luckily they took care of that but from now on we will still stick with las mesas in Chelsea

My family ate here on June 3rd. Everything was excellent. We had no wait time to be seated. We were greeted by our server immediately. The food took no time to get. Loved it!

I thought I had found the perfect salsa at their parent restaurant, Two Pesos, in Pelham. They must be letting the local chefs get creative. Their salsa is perfect with a nice kick. Don’t let them pack you full of chips because the menu is packed with yummies!

All, anyone who has seen my posts knows that I am overly generous. This is the exception. On the outset I am happy to see Blue Agave move into lovely Columbiana, we had a guest list of @7 people attend a happy hour birthday party. Yes there were a few shots taken, 2 shots x 2 patrons in our group. The rest were on their on. When it came to check out, the 2 patrons were handed bills of $60 and $116 respectfully.
