This restaurant is more of a take out place than a sit-down establishment. Food is served in plastic to go containers, plastic ustensils, Styrofoam soup cups, and individually packaged condiments. My sushi roll was pretty good, though. Miso was a little bland. The crab Rangoon was really good as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean.

Super delicious fresh hibachi and sushi options! We are so excited there is a location in Saginaw now. All of the portions were a good size, concept is I a bit different as you can sit down but food is prepared to-go. Over a great option!

Went to the Saginaw location and was Highly disappointed. Ordered hibachi steak and shrimp and a large order of crab rangoons. The crab rangoons were the worst I have ever had. They barely had any filling and seemed old. Wanted to get sushi but their sushi menu was very limited. Potion size was decent. Shrimp seemed rather small. If I ever eat at Blossoms again. Will definitely stick to bay city.

This is a cute little place, fresh, clean and bright. Service was good and fast. Generous portions and very tasty. If you have eaten at the Blossom in Bay City, this is the same menu and great food. We will definitely be back to try other items from the menu.

Closest thing to Genji in Saginaw since the original is now a Benihana. I had the steak hibachi and was surprised how tender the beef was. Veggies went a bit long for my liking ( zucchini was a bit mushy) but overall good value of food to price ratio. I really wish they would have a lunch portion as I couldn’t eat the (dinner portion) meal I got. Yum yum sauce was good, but for that much food, they should provide at least 2 of their portion cups. I will be returning if I have a craving for it again or I don’t want to just make all this myself. ( if you like the yum yum sauce, I can give you the recipe. Just shoot me a message and I’ll send it to ya. )
