Average experience. Have had much better Vietnamese elsewhere. The grilled lemongrass steak was good on the Bun noodle, but got so few pieces. Imperial rolls were ok. Oxtail was good, but nothing special.

Unauthenticated, overpriced Vietnamese food. The grilled beef rolls were passable but the vegetarian pho was tasteless and only had a tiny bit of tofu and vegetables. They also automatically added the 18% tips in the bill. Never again.

Imperial spring rolls were great! The pho was not my favorite but the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great local spot – a little pricy but appreciative of the 18% service fee rather than tipping

Average food significantly overpriced. The shock came when it turned out we had to pay an obligatory 18% tip that was added to the bill without our consent. I’ve heard some upscale restaurants do that sometimes, but never have I come across a small sidewalk cafe do that.

Shrimp and pork spring roll had a good ratio of lots of greens and not too much vermicelli rice noodles inside.

One of the best pho restaurants I have ever been to. I tried the spring rolls for the first time this visit and was shocked at how refreshing they were. I usually get the pho with beef balls and rare steak, the broth is very savory.

The menu has a few choices and service quite efficient. The place is nice and the food is good. What else do you need ?

Avoid this place! Not sure how they manage to have 4.6 stars. Service is terrible. Two servers that seem to have zero idea what they are doing. Bring water with no cups, pho and no toppings, soups and no spoons. You have to flag them down for everything or get it yourself. They got our order wrong even after repeating it several times. If the food were any good I would be willing to overlook this, but it’s not. Pho had 3 small pieces of beef. Noodles were hard. On top of this there is an included service charge of 18% for literally the worst service I have had in a long time.

Delicious, authentic Vietnamese food in a causal setting with communal table. The pho and summer roles were both excellent. Service staff was low key, nice and attentive.
