Fast and Fresh Everytime! Got a cheese pizza with garlic cream sauce and a pepperoni and pineapple with hurricane sauce. Pillowy fluffy crust still with a nice crisp on the bottom. Delicious!

I called tonight trying to order the same order I always order it’s a little over $20 with tax and tip I usually pay just a little $30. I just tried to order and the man that answered had a thick accent. That’s not a problem I could understand him. The problem is that he doesn’t seem to understand me. He kept telling me about the $48 special that would run me well over $50 when done for more than what I wanted. I kept telling him I just wanted my normal order. I told him I did not want that as it was not what I was looking to buy. I didn’t want to insult him by asking for someone who speaks English as I know that people say that to be insulting but he kept saying he didn’t understand me. After ten minutes I asked him for someone who could understand English so I could explain. He still didn’t understand what I was saying. I tried for a few more minutes with no luck. I finally asked for a manager and he told me there wasn’t one. So he seems to understand that. I tried for another minute or two and eventually gave up. The man on the phone said he just didn’t understand. It was extremely frustrating and what was more frustrating is that I have been ordering from here for year and the owner is usually there and usually answers the phone. He also seems to really care about his customers and their experience. I’m thinking he may have sold it to someone else. That’s unfortunate because I really love this place. Oh well.

This place used to be great but it seems like as of 2022 they are under new management with a new menu and new employees. Recently I received an incorrect order that I waited over an hour for, when I called to request a refund I had to argue with the guy who ended up offering me a cash refund or wait 2 days for the amount to be refunded back to my debit card. The refund never came. I had to get the charges reversed through my bank. Incompetent and dishonest.

Not sure if this place was sold off and they got a new owner, or we got the less experienced staff, but I ordered a large Chicken with Vegetables yesterday that turned out to be inedible. Whoever put it together must have spilled the lemon pepper on it as the pizza was too salty to eat. Normally this was my go-to place for pizza, but the last couple times I’ve gone it just hasn’t been the same. Yesterday finally convinced me to stop going here and finding a new spot. It’s a shame, I live over 40 mins away and still drove here because it was that good. Sad to see the quality has dropped so much.
