I came here for the first time tonight and was looking forward to trying something new, especially at a place that I had had heard great things about. Unfortunately, my friend and I left after waiting 30 minutes without having our order taken. Our server, Kayla, was incredibly rude to another friend of mine who happened to be there. Kayla snapped at her and was beyond rude. I have never seen a server snap at customers like this. My friend who we ran into was there for an event and was paying for 160 people, so you would think they could have been a little bit nicer. Kayla also waited on two other tables who got there after us before she would even acknowledge we were still there. Then, she was rude to us, and said with no emotion, “What do you want?” That’s when we left, because I said I was not going to tolerate how she spoke to my friend nor to us. I’m very disappointed that my first time there ended up without having any food because of such poor service and poor manners. I understand that a place can get busy, but when you’re in customer service you do not act that way. I will not be back.

The steak was delicious and the atmosphere is very nice! My wife and I will definitely be back!! Beautiful location and view of the gold course! Perfect for young kids! Staff was very kind and welcoming!

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. The only reason for one star is I can’t give no stars. The only good thing about our dinner was the rolls. Our waiter was great, and attentive. My husband ordered prime rib, I ordered a filet. His prime rib was paper thin and cold. My filet was a rancid piece of meat. I noticed an odd taste, but thought it was not cooked right, so I tried a few more bites. It had a horrible smell to it. My husband agreed that it smelled bad, it was rancid meat. I had only a few bites of a $28 filet, and luckily I didn’t get sick. Saturday night, only 2 other tables in restaurant should’ve been the indicator that it’s not a good place to eat. I don’t see how this place will remain open much longer. We didn’t say anything to our waiter because he was so great. We just paid and left. Ruined our Saturday night, as I was very concerned after eating some of the steak, that I would become ill. Our first and last time here.

Came in on a Saturday night a wedding reception was taking place which shouldn’t effect us but it did . Were told prime rib order would be taken within 15 minutes while it cooked Server disappeared for half an hour Nobody at all in the bar for 20 minutes finally bartender comes in takes a steak order from a guy that sat down at the bar way after we got there .As I type still waiting may be time to go elsewhere

Sat for 15 minutes. We weren’t even acknowledged. A couple came in about 10 minutes behind us and got something to drink right away. This same server did this the last time too. Sebastian is the only one who has given great service.

As an attendee/non-member of this “high-falutin’ country club joint,” I found the main entree’s to be lacking considering the up-scale appeal (w/ others in my party sharing my sentiments): Granted, the food wasn’t Bad per se, it just simply wasn’t of the higher-caliber type meal I was expecting as a guest. Not to mention that the setting/environ’s of our Wedding Party were sadly lacking in accoutrements & any traditional fancy dining experience. Quite honestly a rather poor value considering the cost (which was admittedly paid for by our family member’s even) but was adjudged to be lacking considering the “prestige” of a CC dining experience.

We have just moved to Anderson, IN and loved eating at Bloomers restaurant at the Edgewood Country Club. Great food and atmosphere along with lovely golf course views. Highly recommend!!!
