Blimpie has been my all time favorite place to eat since I was a little kid. Over the years, I have seen things change throughout the chain of restaurants, which is bound to happen over time. But this Blimpie specifically in Meridian, Idaho, tastes as authentic as it gets. Everything there is so fresh, veggies are up to par, especially the lettuce, which is cut so finely, I love the crunch with vinegar more than words let me explain. This is the only Blimpie I have found, that makes me feel like a kid again. Well done, and thank you.

Came in on Father’s Day around 2:30pm. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in and asked about how safe it would be for me to eat here with celiacs disease. I was advised that there was a good chance of cross contamination so I chose not to get a sandwich. The lady that was explaining it to me suddenly became agitated when I said I’d pass on the sandwich and just order a coffee. The eye roll, the sigh, and the dirty looks mixed with whispering to a male coworker when I walked away was just uncomfortable. When I walked over to the coffee counter, I was trying to make small talk with the barista (a completely different employee) so I mentioned how I wasn’t try to be rude by not eating and explaining how sick gluten makes me. She gave me a dirty look and made a snarky comment about how it’s my diet and my choice. Having celiacs disease is having an autoimmune disease and it most definitely is NOT my choice. Eating out is hard for me and it’s even harder when employees are rude about it. My coffee tasted amazing but was NOT worth being treated like an inconvenience or dealing with snobby employees. Wouldn’t recommend.

Customer service was fine. Only thing is I ordered the ultimate club. They took awhile to make my sandwich and it wasn’t even a club. It was 2 pieces of bread smashed together with ham and cheese inside. It was also toasted. I am so confused on how that can happen.

We ordered two Blimpie Best sandwiches “the Blimpie way”. Neither had any of the vinegar and oil nor the oregano on them. They were dry and lacked flavor. We were disappointed.

Tasty and fresh! Tried the new Cuban sandwich which was super tasty with both pulled pork and ham. Hope this stays on menu. Also love this location because has Moxie Java with it. Got my pumpkin spice coffee at same time and life was good 😉

Outstanding food and friendly service. The ingredients are just better than any other sandwich shops we usually go to. Moxie Java coffee house is also there in the same place, with different tables and chairs for each in one open floor area. The coffee was great, and served to the perfect temperature. I haven’t had a latte in 10 years. But now I’m planning on going to this place as often as we can.
