Grabbed chicken sandwich supposed to be hot was frozen 10 bucks down the drain. Thanks a lot guys. Some of us work hard for her money instead of standing around, looking like the world is going to end when somebody walks in to order a sandwich.

I bought digital gift cards for a cross country trip, and one was for Blimpie. Not easy to find! Go PAST the big pretty truck stop to a small building surrounded by big rigs. The employees were lovely. The sandwiches were fine. They had never had an online gift card before, but they figured it out. So it was an adventure on our adventure, but that’s what road trips are about.

Absolutely disgusting. Never again. The store itself was filthy, the cashier at the front was an elderly woman having a hacking fit. The others were out front smoking as I arrived. I came to pick up an order we called in and ended up turning around and leaving. Even truck stops have standards- this place is a total dump.

I have tried these subs/sandwiches on several occasions & have come to the conclusion that the meat & cheese they use has absolutely no flavor at all! You can go to the walmart deli and buy the cheapest on sale sandwich meat and your sandwich/sub will taste 100x better. I will not return to Blimpie for their overpriced bland no taste food

If I could give 10 stars for service I would! The lady and gentleman working there tonight (2/14/2023) were very friendly and full of smiles! LOVE this! They made an amazing Sicilian sandwich too. I haven’t had Blimpies in 25 years. Move back to St. Charles, MO please!

The woman behind the counter made a huge stink the online order did not charge us for the pizza sub. She made it sound like we were trying to scam her. Then she got 3 out of the 4 completely wrong and didn’t give us our chips.

Firstly, I waited at the counter. Young kid looked at me and turned to continue his conversation with someone until girl slicing meat told him to help me. Kid asked me what I wanted. I told him Tuna melt. He said Tuna… I said Tuna melt. He put tuna in a bun and walked to toaster. I said with cheese please. He did that and walked with my sandwich in one hand down my his thigh. Then continues his conversation again. Asked me what vegetables I wanted and after each one I asked for he said Anything else .. anything else… Anything else…. And had a too cool for school attitude. Maybe train people to at least act like they like they’re job. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Smhh… Will never return to this place again.

I got a meatball sub. Meatballs were about as plain as could be. NO flavor at all and very dry. Chocolate chip cookies were overcooked and crumbly, but sugar cookies were very undercooked. Very disappointed with “America’s sub” and won’t be eating there ever again.
