Nothing special about the sandwich but the review is mostly because of their service. I got a meal with soda and the drink was flat. It tasted watered down and with hardly any carbonation. The employee tasted it and said there was. No acknowledgement to me as a customer or any effort to make it right. The drink was honestly disgusting. Threw out the drink in the garbage and left. Never going back.

This was the slowest serving restaurant ever. When we arrived, there was one party being served ahead of us (two sandwiches). That server was taking his sweet time. Another employee ended up helping us. He was soooooo slow and just taking his time. I appreciate the care he put into the food but my goodness, I don’t think it would take that long to make two sandwiches. The drink machine wasn’t working either and there was no ice or something. Needless to say, we went there only because we didn’t like any of the other food options at the outlet. The sandwiches were okay.

Samson is so kind and patient and very clean! Haven’t had Blimpies in FOREVER. He made the experience well worth it! Exception staff. Sandwich was pretty good too!

I’m surprised at negative reviews. The ladies working here were all help & very nice. My sandwich was great & salad my friend ordered was although not huge as some other outlets but was really good with meats as ordered.

The speed of preparation for food is very very slow. I regretted after ordering my food. I was only the customer. Almost 30 minutes for 2 foot long sandwiches. Imagine what would happen if there were any other customers in front of me or behind.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff at this location are horrible. Tonight this young girl came to the counter, dragging her feet no smile, hello, nor welcome; after me standing there staring at the black crust and grime caked on the side of the pans. I said hello she asked how I was, I said fine thanks and you. She didn’t respond. After staring at the crevices, yellowed lettuce and blackened tomatoes as if they were the last of the batch; I decided I wasn’t going to give my money to this establishment and left. It’s sad because blimpees ingredients are soo much fresher than subway which is why I come. But if the line where the food sits looks like a lunch rush came through and the pans haven’t been cleaned in weeks and it’s the end of the night I have to stop giving my patronage to this location. I’ve even come to the restaurant at 8:34 when Google and the doors state they close at 9 and was told they aren’t serving sandwichs any longer only the ice cream portion. They don’t stand by their word and the food looks barf worthy don’t go!

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Side from the staff giving false information and having horrible customer service skills, I called the manager the next day with the complaint and when I asked for her name she hung up on me. On top of all that when I called back they refused to answer the phone. I have a half a mind to go down there and complain but instead I’m going to complain to the business owner and to corporate. These people go home with paychecks and don’t care about the quality of the business. And any manager that hang’s up on a customer for asking their name should be fired. Even worse to ignore the phone after being called back again.

I tried to get a sandwich at 8:30 PM one day last week. The Blimpie website says they close at 9 PM, but everything to was totally cleaned up and shut down by 8:30. The ice cream half of the store (Haggen Dazs) was still open. And I asked the employee what time does the Blimpie side of the store close. He said 8:30, even though the website says 9. So either the website is wrong or the employees are deciding just to close early. Either way, I didn’t get my sandwich and I ended up getting food from somewhere else. 🙁
