I love, love, love the oysters!

Update: went back for lunch. And first visit was better than second visit. Not sure if it was what I ordered but my poboy was sad. No flavor and build your own. Boudin balls were good. First Visit: Food was good but I wish there was more flavor. The service was not great but we came close to closing so they were doing their closing duties. Loved the quiet atmosphere.

First off the service was great! Very attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was casual and fun. The food came out hot and they had good timing in between the appetizers and entrees. The etoufee was the best thing there besides the sauce used to boil the “char” grilled oysters.

We visited this place today for the first time, we wanted to try something different. We had some oysters and scallops, also a Korean beef taco. For drinks we had a sandia margarita and a cucumber cooler. The food was absolutely delicious but the drinks were not too good since they were a little too sweet and they’re all on the rocks, there’s no frozen drinks here. The server was nice and attentive. Here are some pictures of the place, food and menu.

Nice place, clean with friendly staff. Wanted charbroiled oysters so decided to try this place. They were not cooked on the shell but in a pan. Beautiful presentation but I think it impacts the quality of the oysters. They were very watery and I missed the char grill flavor. They weren’t bad just different than what I’m used to. The oysters were extremely small and were just ok.

Saw this place while running an errand in the area and decided to go back and try. Small establishment, semi friendly staff, i say this because didn’t smile and barely greeted us. Server was nice and respectful. His name was Eric. Minimalistic decor.

We’ve been here twice now and the food has been amazing both times. First time we had Grant and he was awesome, he recommended the avocado volcano, which was very rich and delicious and did not disappoint. The Chilean Seabass was crispy on the outside but the inside literally melted in my mouth! Tuna steak was pretty good, too, but nothing spectacular.

Delish!! I got the crawfish etouffee — so good! Not too spicy, but definitely a slow burn. The dirty rice was nice and fluffy, and the fried shrimp was great! Friendly staff, prompt service. And I almost forgot the drinks! I think this was probably the best skinny margaritas I’ve had! Very refreshing!

The food was really good. The Rockefeller oysters didn’t have a shell which was fishy, but they were tasty anyway.

Had grilled oysters which were ok. Then I had a warm shrimp cocktail. Nice tasting sauce but no ice in sight. Plates need a little finesse!!!!! Gumbo was good with lots of seafood.
