I have patronized this business for many years prior to changing my diet choices. The food is good but the customer service is horrendous. The female proprietor thinks it’s good business to yell, scream and disrespect the customers who are the main part of them having a business. I REFUSE to spend my hard earned money on someone who thinks it’s okay to disrespect a PAYING CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER do business with them ever again!!!! In reading the reviews I’ve discovered that the most complaints are about the lack of customer service. I would recommend that anyone who endured this treatment ban this place. The owner of this establishment must be taught a lesson through loss of money and business.

I was disrespected by the staff/owners of this establishment. I’ve been coming here for years and although the lady is rude over the phone when placing my order I never let that influence my view of the food. It’s cheap and tasty food so I figured you get what you pay for which means a little bit of attitude on the phone. Sure. However they constantly mess up our orders, and we never say anything. It’s not worth the 40 minute to an hour wait for the right order or for me to leave my house to pick up a missing side which will make the rest of my food cold by the time I get home.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Completely rude and arrogant both wife and husband! Charged my card twice and never received meal. Went to store to straighten the situation and no sympathy at all for their error, instead was told I was refunded and not to order again. Wife cursed and yelled. This is not a place of business it’s completely trash

One of two decent places in Hamden. Not very organized, it seems pretty obvious they start cooking your food when you pull up to get it. There is often a wait and you will find yourself amongst some very impatient people waiting for their food. This is a family owned place, the couple cooks together and the kid works the phone with no one else and the food is good. Used to be a lot better, they’re not very friendly or welcoming, you can barely walk in the door. Probably never going back to be honest. No where to sit down obviously.

Food wasn’t terrible, not what I was expecting but it was my first time. Chicken could have been more crunchy I was looking for crunchy fried orange chicken with a glaze and the glaze was watery which watered down the chicken and the “chicken fingers” are golden fingers … There’s a huge difference! Lol! The delivery fee is tremendous but other than that no stomach ache this morning!

Oh God horrible service and food. The noodles were old and tastes like it was bad. I called back, and had no idea what they were saying. They did not accommodate the quality of their food, and I ended up wasting $25.

We usually order from a chinese takeout near the high school, but sadly it’s gone downhill IMO. We ordered a few days ago, I was impressed. Food seemed fresh, thank you Blessings for being generous with the pork in the pork fried rice as well as the pork lo main. I couldnt go all 5 stars only because it wasnt perfect, I honestly didn’t care for the broth used in the won ton soup. It tasted like a mix of really strong French onion and beef broth, just not for me. Overall 4.5 stars will definitely order again! Very good!
