If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Whoever the workers were between 5pm and 7pm shouldn’t even work here. Their service was terrible, one of them was rude, and the other one was being smart with me. I originally came in to get a sandwich, but they were out of avocado, beans and Greek yogurt, basically half of what goes on the sandwich. No issue. I decided to get an açaí bowl. Went home to eat it, the strawberries weren’t fresh and there were big chunks of ice in the açaí bowl. I called to get a refund. Was told to come inbut when I do, they “can’t find the transaction”. Even with proof of purchase and everything, she “couldn’t find it”. No worries. When I did come back, she told me I had to come back within a certain time frame and bring the bowl back but this time she’ll issue the refund. She never mentioned that over the phone or anything. Like girl disgusting slob went into the trash. I’m sure this review and calling my bank back for my refund will help them out.

Service could have been way better! The employee was outside smoking when we came in and seemed not only bothered by a patrons presence but also seemed high. the order should have been simple and easy for and experienced team member. would not come back ever again. not worth the money or time. BTW you should keep the doors to your establishment closed especially when someone is smoking outside, you serve food and should maintain a higher quality of cleanliness for your customers.

My green smoothie was warm. It was gross. It had kale and other fruits that I can’t remember. But I bought two regulars and two smalls, it cost me over $30. It’s summertime in Florida, so you know it’s hot. Who wants to drink a warm kale smoothie?

The owner/management should be ashamed. Nothing is stocked, 3/4 of the menu is “unavailable” or doesn’t have the necessary ingredients, and the staff are a bunch of rude 17 year olds with zero customer service skills. Went in on a Sunday morning right as they opened and the place was filthy, floors were sticky, trash everywhere. I ordered an OG bowl and the lady made it with only 3 of the ingredients that were supposed to be on it. When I asked for a refund, they had to FaceTime the manager because they didn’t know what to do. Left and went across the street to planet smoothie. This business is going to die in less than 3 months if they continue on like this.

My kids ordered lunch from here, it took almost half an hour to get their order, the Açaí bowls were melted and half the ingredients were missing. Now they are both not feeling well and no one answers at the store .
