I celebrated my baby shower at Blaze Smith Hill, and it was absolutely incredible! From the initial interaction with their wonderful event planner, to the day-of set up and delicious food, their team was so kind and helpful every step of the way. The atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable – inside and out. They were super accommodating when it came to selecting menu items and able to provide options for those with dietary restrictions. All of the food items we selected were SO good! Our guests are still raving about the food weeks later. This is hands down the one of the best brunch spots in Rhode Island. I’d recommend this venue for any baby or bridal showers, small gatherings, or even just a morning brunch with a friend!

EDIT. We went back two nights later with friends, and the service was unnervingly slow. It took TWO HOURS to get our meal, and quite often would take 15 minutes to get a drink. There was ONE other table occupied, so they weren’t busy. For that reason, I’m knocking the review down a star. The food was still amazing, but two hours isn’t OK.

I loved Blaze when it was on the East Side & it is still absolutely amazing! I ordered the curry tofu pasta plate (in 1st picture) & it was very yummy & flavorful! The 2 other people I dined with ordered a seafood pasta plate (in 2nd picture) & the lobster Mac & cheese. They both also loved their meals. The restaurant is very clean, has a warm & welcoming staff, a short wait time & delicious food. I definitely recommend checking this restaurant out if you haven’t already!!!

Excellent Brunch. More relaxing date kind of place. My boyfriend and I are used to just getting food somewhere but this was a pleasant surprise. He gave me a bite of his BBQ Benny with cornbread and the chef walked down the stairs and saw me taking a bite and I could tell she knew she was proud of her work :)))

I was going to write a delightful review, however, note that we waited 55 MINUTES for our food to be delivered to the table. The food was okay but wasn’t worth the wait and my potatoes were burnt. We chose to dine in outside in the back. Very peaceful and beautiful exterior. Sweet and friendly staff. Gave our little one some free watermelon but there’s only one high chair and it was used the entire time by another customer. The pasta salad was very good, 8/10 rating for that dish.

We’ve been twice in the past week. Can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is wonderful, we’ve been fortunate to have Daisia serve us both times. The food has been wonderful and can’t wait to try more things on the menu.
