Had two pizzas in my order. My online order did not come out until an hour after the pickup time. One of the pizzas in my order was sitting out on the side directly on the counter by the time I arrived and while I was waiting other burnt pizzas got stacked directly on top and it looked like a discard pile. There were many unsatisfied customers waiting for their order and the guy working was very rude to them. I patiently waited but after 10 mins he didn’t check on anyone so I approached him and inquired about my order (it was already 30 mins after my pickup time). He told me they’re still working on it. Eventually after a total of 1 hour after the pickup time) my second pizza came out and they dug out my other pizza from the bottom of the pile and boxed it. Very disappointed to open it and see that some toppings were missing and that the pizzas were sloppily assembled and one was cold. Not comfortable eating the food (contamination) and the employee’s face was completely drenched and beading with sweat. During the time I was waiting one of the customers angrily started yelling at the staff and I felt unsafe. The majority of the tables were very dirty.

My son has multiple food allergies, and we ran across Blaze Pizza on a trip back East. They are very allergy friendly, and have many vegan and gluten-free options. We were so excited when we visited San Jose and saw one here. This is a great one, and the employees are really friendly and make an awesome Pizza! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I like this place. They have a lot of options for sauces and toppings and it always tastes great. The best part about this particular location is the friendly staff. They’re always very patient and attentive, even when they’re super busy, and that just elevates the experience even more. One of my favorite places to get a quick bite to eat and the employees here are a huge part of the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars, they deserve the praise.

Substandard customer service! I used to eat here twice a week and ordered delivery once a week. My last delivery was incomplete; I ordered multiple items and received only a half of the order. When I called the store, they basically told me that it was not their problem and to contact whoever was doing deliveries for them. I clarified that I placed my order via the Blaze app and that my contract was with Blaze. The manager kept on parroting that it had nothing to do with Blaze and that the issue was with the delivery service and advised me to contact them. When I asked for the phone number, he said he didn’t have it! He then suggested that I come over and pick up the remaining items (even though I paid for the delivery)… and then he repeated that he couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do anything to fix the problem. After years of being a loyal customer, I have no choice but to ditch them and will be advising everybody I know to stay away.

I don’t know how to say this without being blunt about it. The guy putting my pizza together was absolutely drenched in sweat on his face. Dripping. And obviously he needs to hover over the pizza to make it. This kind of face sweat was like not normal under normal conditions, so idk if this guy had a fever or was just super hot from the oven or what. Don’t know why he was working if sick and if he’s just a sweaty guy why is he handling food if the sweat is literally dripping off his face?? Put him on register or something. Sick or not, I’m concerned for his health. Horrible decision by management either way and shows a lack of concern for health and safety.
