Went to blaze for the first time. Ordered a hot link and for the name says it was worth it. The pizza was well cooked, had amazing flavors and the customer service was just top of the line.

I ordered a build your own pizza and when my roommate brought it back to me it had no toppings on it and was burnt. I tried to request a refund online but never received a response and I couldn’t go in person because I had COVID. I would not recommend that anyone goes here.

Customer service was terrible, if this was the first time I visited Blaze I wouldn’t return. Everyone had an absent but rushing attitude, and there were only 2 customers present in the entire facility. I always like to thank and ask employees how their day is going if I sence it might be rough, just to give them support and appreciation in case custmers have been brutal to them, so I did that twice to two different employees, for them to just coldly stare at me with no reply. I don’t know what was going on, or what’s happening but I hope no future customers walk into an experience like that. And unfortunately I won’t be returning to this location or maybe Blaze in general, but I wish them the best.

Came to Blaze for dinner and for some reason all the staff were in a rush or didn’t want to speak with me even though the restaurant was pretty empty. The person making my pizza rushed me to the register and even though I asked him to put on a few more toppings on my pizza, he pretended to not hear me. After getting my pizza, I also asked one of the employees for a water cup, but he told me to wait and never got back to me as I waited for about 10 minutes. Usually Blaze has good service, but this time was exceptionally bad.

Food is good but terrible service. Have been multiple times and haven’t had a good experience due to that. The first time there was a lady with red hair who was very rude and made racist remarks. I waited 45 minutes for my pizza and they kept saying it was coming, eventually they checked and it was laying on the side completely cold and mushy. I had to throw it away. I contacted Blaze about my experience but they ignored me and never got back.

The homie and I were hungy. We see Blaze Pizza. We think, okay, it’s 3:00 pm, shouldn’t take too long to get some food here. Every employee in the store seemed undeniably high. Insidious vibes everywhere. I stood at the counter wondering if I was doing something wrong to make them not take my order. They were making eye contact with me, so I knew they saw me. Eventually, someone bit the bullet and took my order. They then managed to not put cheese on the pizza?? Realized I had to remind them after they put olives onto the bare red sauced crust. It was a two topping pizza. We then waited for the “fast-fire’d” pizza, thinking the worst was over, only to wait half an hour for one 11-incher to share. While eating the pizza, we witnessed an employee touch his phone with his gloved hand and then fondle some toppings, hand still gloved. Finally, when I was passing the counter to use the restroom, I was almost smacked by a hot pizza being slung out of the oven in the direction of the hallway. The pizza was good, but the service was so poor I assumed the workers were under duress.

I ordered a large build your own pizza and when I brought it home it was all burnt on the edge and underside. I tried to request help online but Blaze pizza online help would not process my complaint or assistance. I spent $25.30 but most of the pizza was inedible unless you like very burnt crust. Also, they put very little tomato sauce and toppings and I had to ask 4 times to please add more cheese and I even offered to pay more for the cheese BC there was very little on the pizza to begin with and to top it all off the cashier was rude because I had questions since I have never been to Blaze’s before but this was an experience I would not want for anyone else. I would not recommend that anyone goes here because I definitely will not return here at this location.

Terrible service and food, They took my order for my whole family on my dads birthday and they didn’t have chicken for the pizzas, I had to order something I didn’t want. They then told if I ordered online they would accommodate me.
