Parking can be hard in this lot, and normally there are understandable lines. Which backs everything up. Oh well. Don’t recommend for a quick lunch break. But it is damn tasty and worth the wait!

Another great Blaze Pizza! The quality and consistency at Blaze Pizzas amazes me. The employees are also great. Always a great experience!

I usually love Blaze, but I was sorely disappointed this time. The food was so blah. We ordered salad and pizzas. Our salad had tons of browning lettuce, a few other toppings and was just not really appetizing. The pizzas were cooked quickly, but the toppings were so pitiful and cut very small. I’m just so sad and I’m not sure if we will return.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Blaze Pizza, and I must say, it left an unforgettable impression on my taste buds. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

I came here for lunch with my parents and ordered a build your own with all the toppings I enjoy. This is something I like about Blaze is they are happy to continue put toppings until I am satisfied. My parents also enjoyed making their own creations. This is my first time going in SLO can’t wait to continue go when I am in the area.

Blaze is great if you go when it is not busy. Otherwise, the pizza’s come out burnt, the line is slow and place is a mess. But for 8.00 you get a 12 inch personalized pizza with as much toppings as you can coax the employees into giving you. It is also a hit or miss weather they have the toppings you want. I went on Sunday and no chopped tomatoes, time before that, out of pesto sauce. The time before that my husbands pizza came out burnt. When he took it back to complain they made a big deal about remaking his pizza and told him he would have to go to the back of the line. However, someone else stepped in and moved him to the make line and remade the pizza. It seems like they have a high staff turn over rate. Every time I’ve gone in there, there are tons of employees but no faces I recognize from the time before. They are now carrying a new soda, which I love, made with cane sugar. So if you can avoid the crowd, get a your pizza without getting it burned, for 8 bucks it’s not to bad to sit out on the patio and get some sunshine.

Completely understaffed. Stopped taking orders 30 minutes before close. Woman working was really unhelpful to the other worker. Would be willing to retry the franchise but not this location.

This is one of the best run Blaze Pizza’s. The staff is freindly, the owners are involved and care, and the Pi Day $3.14 pizza bonanaza went off without a hitch. It was well staffed, delicious, and ran seamlessly. Would recommend this place for a delicious creation of your own anytime. And don’t miss out of the Blood Orange Lemonade, its SO good!

Great that you can “build your own pizza” and there’s no extra charge for whatever toppings you want! The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return next time I’m in SLO!

First time at a Blaze pizza joint, extremely dissatisfied/disappointed ordered the meat eater pizza (not much of a meat pizza…sausage and pepperoni) let me just start by saying that it’s pretty sad when your cheesy bread is more of a pizza than the actual pizza. Our pizza came burnt almost to a point that it’s was not eatable ( there is just something about thin crust pizza).
