I really liked this place. I can honestly say that this pizza is the best I’ve had in the US. It is cooked in a real oven and is very similar to Italian pizza, I was in Italy. I want to immediately answer those who write negative reviews about the fact that supposedly pizza or one side of the pizza is a little burnt – dear visitors, it is NORMAL for pizza cooked in the real oven if one side or the bottom of the pizza looks a little burnt. The second thing that I liked is the staff and service and very polite staff. The hall is clean, the food is prepared in front of you and you can see that the ingredients are fresh. We made an order and first brought a pizza in a box, they said that unfortunately it was spoiled, showed what was wrong, apologized, and then brought a remade pizza on a plate. We were also allowed to go inside with our dog, but we sat down to eat outside so as not to disturb anyone. I want to say a big thank you to the people who work there, thanks to them there is a very good impression of the institution and I want to come again

Ordering on the app at night for delivery is a risk to say the least. But after getting a real manager on the phone I was refunded for my pizzas that never came. I also came in person and they gave me the pizzas I had ordered before for free. So the damage was repaired, and the pizza is bomb, but again…. If you order on the app at night there is a solid chance something will go awry and it is comically challenging to get someone to help or listen until the morning

I’ve stopped at this Blaze a few times driving up the coast. I’m not from the area and went in without a mask, because my county has lifted the mandate. The employee was extremely upset and stared me down while we paid. He intentionally burned my pizza and we called him out. He freaked out and was pulled to the back and I overheard him saying he wanted to strangle me. I know i should’ve worn a mask when first came in, but they handled it horrible.

So, interesting atmosphere; upbeat music to keep things moving along… However, some servers move less quickly than others, and don’t get the orders right. (Wife said “no salt”which I repeated while pie was being made, only to have extra salt dropped on top on the way to the oven!)

Can’t go wrong with Blaze pizza. Never had a bad experience. The SB Blaze at 5 points was great. I came in close to closing time and they didn’t mind and made an excellent pie.

If you get a bad pizza here it’s your own fault. You pick the crust, you pick the sauce, you pick the toppings. We can never agree on what to put on a pizza, so this works perfect for the two of us. I like lots of veggies, she likes the standard toppings and we both leave happy.
