I love blaze pizza but THIS location they a joke they looked lost / or high idk none one seemed to know what they posed to be doing . The only person that Looked like he knew how to work there was the guy working the oven . Definitely wont be comming back to THIS location

We randomly stopped in on their grand opening. We’ve driven by the location before it opened so we were excited for them to finally open. We were actually about to go to the one near the 210 fwy since the Ontario Mills one was closed already. As I was putting in the 210 location in my GPS, it showed me that this location was open. When we stopped in, we didn’t even know it was the first day open. The staff was really friendly, the decorations were super cute & festive, all the employees were tentative & wanted to make sure everything was to our liking! They accidentally put balsamic instead of BBQ on one of our pizza but they of course made us a new one with no hesitation. The pizzas came out great, toppings were spread out & the pizza was cooked perfectly!

When entering nobody was at the cashier the employees saw us and chose to ignore us ( it was empty so they weren’t busy) when the lady finally came she was extremely rude when I asked her for the gluten free pizza in which she rolled her eyes and said “we don’t have that” although it’s on the menu. She didn’t feel like making the pizza so she called someone else to do it while she went back to talking with her coworkers. The person who made our pizza was nicer but I felt terrible for her as she did all the work. Never coming back

It’s good to find a place where the employees and especially the manager Alexis has a great personality and attitude especially today. I’ve been to all the blazes around the surrounding area and this blaze has the best customer service by far and the pizza is awesome

Forget Blaze pizza!! I will never ever ever go to blaze, this is horrible because because they were closed until 1:30p why? They were only available for pick up, What’s the difference? Why can’t they just take my order over the counter?
