Blaze Pizza is an absolute game-changer for athletes like me! After an intense workout at the nearby gym, I was craving a meal that would not only refuel my energy but also satisfy my taste buds. Blaze Pizza delivered on all fronts.

I have always loved blaze pizza and have tried it at multiple locations but this time it was different. They burnt my pizza. I was really hungry and excited for my pizza but I had to go get something else.

Made a large online order on the blaze app and came at 8:10pm to pick up. Google maps said it closes at 9pm but saw a paper sign saying they are closed early at 8pm.

They were understaffed, but fairly nice at Blaze. The guy behind the counter let us know what the deal was, so I had no problem waiting.

This was…chaos. I came in & ordered around 6:40pm, I didn’t leave until about 7:20pm. There were a good amount of customers but not more than you’d see in a Chipotle at lunch. There was a lot of confusion on the orders. A few/several of the names were wrong (incorrectly heard/written down) which caused confusion/delay in the pick up process. There was also no apparent order to how the pizzas were going in. I came in at 6:40 and watched as other people who ordered got their pizzas before me. I wasn’t the only one. I was standing behind a guy who had been there for over 45 minutes. He continually asked about his order and they kept telling him it was almost done. Come to find out, it was never done. I’m surprised the dude kept his cool. My pizza eventually came out and I watched as it sat on the counter for about 10 mins before they boxed it up. It was lukewarm by the time I got to my car and modestly warm by the time I got home. The pizza itself was pretty good but I don’t know that I’d want to deal with the headache of waiting in that line again.

The place came highly recommended but I was disappointed. The pizzas were very expensive for only six pieces at $12.50 which is more than two bucks a slice, and while the pizza was intended to be thin crust, it was not cut into pieces well so they had to be pulled apart, but sauce was very thin, and frankly there wasn’t much taste. I have eaten in many other “make your own pizza” places that are much better. For example Persona Pizza. The place was busy but still it took perhaps 20 minutes to get our order delivered and the salad came separate from the pizza so we had to make multiple trips to the counter. On balance $60 for four people for what amounted a little more than a snack seemed pretty high. I for one will never go back.

I just had the worst experience at our neighborhood Blaze. After waiting for 5 minutes and literally being ignored by the 3 employees (one of whom walked by me at least 5 times), I asked the girl who finally turned around if they were taking orders and I’d been standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. She looked completely disinterested and said sure and then proceeded to chat with the employee in the back, who had ignored me the whole time knowing I was waiting, still ignoring me and then finally came over and said I’ll take your order after I do this online order. I said forget it – you’ve lost my business. She said great have a nice day – I said don’t be condescending and she repeated it again. Needless to say, I’ll never go back to this place. I should add there was no one in the place other than one man checking out. No excuse at all to treat customers that way. Never going back. If you’re smart don’t waste your time either.

Always love some great quality pizza… This is the first time I had their new keto crust and it was amazing. We had lots of toppings, the staff was there with a big smile and ready to help and our pizza came out to perfection. I have given five stars except the lobby and serving area was a bit drafty, dim, cold and a bit dirty but I’ll definitely be back

Tried with some friends. Pizza was good. The first time I had one with thin crust. The second time I had one with the Hi Rise option, it was too much dough. I’d stick with thin crust. Not an excessive amount of sauce or cheese and you can add or subtract items from a style of pie. I ordered a meat eater and added bacon and olives. The tomato, basil and ovalini salad I had is tasty.

Update: They’re getting very stingy with the mozzarella cheese, you ask for more and it’s still not enough, you end up having a sauce and toppings pizza. I hope the manager or owner realize they’re still in the pizza making business.
