Bread came out after the pizza which to me is ridiculous. Asked if there was marinara in the box, there was but like maybe 2 dips worth in each cup. Place needs better management bad. Teenagers need to be supervised better.

I placed an order to be picked up at 6:45. I was very deliberate with the time I chose because I had an event that I needed to bring the pizzas to. I arrived at the restaurant and called to let them know that I was outside at 6:43. I was then told that they hadn’t started making my pizzas! It’s one thing for them to not be fully done but I don’t understand how they wouldn’t have even started making them 2 minutes before the pickup time. I asked how long it would take and told the worker where I was parked and explicitly stated that I would be waiting. 30 minutes later, I called for an update and was casually told, “Oh those have been done, I didn’t realize you were still outside”!!! Talk about terrible customer service! Why would you make the pizzas if you thought I wasn’t there?! And I definitely made it clear that I would be waiting so I don’t even see where the confusion would come about. I wasn’t even offered anything for my long wait time. This was my first AND my last time buying from this restaurant.

This place has gone downhill. I love Blaze but this location makes it hard to want to ever go back. I am writing this review after having a second horrible experience here. It is full of a bunch of clueless workers who have never been trained. I placed an online order at 6:40pm with a pick up time of 7pm and did not receive my food until 7:32pm. They marked my order on the app as “picked up” even though I had not received it yet. I had to go up to the counter no less than 4 times asking about my order. One of those times the worker looked over very upset and stated that they were extremely backed up. I understand a business being overwhelmed, but figure out a better system, your workers are clearly stressed and not equipped for situations like this. I was not alone, there was a big crowd of customers and delivery drivers waiting for their orders as well. Several people walked out and tried canceling their orders because of the wait. Once I finally received my food, I asked for a side of ranch and the cashier threw her arms up and said “there’s just too much going on.” She proceeded to charge me 50 cents per ranch which is FREE on the app! I would stay clear of this location unless you have hours to wait around for food or maybe order in person because the online ordering system is not it.

Maybe you could try buying a roll of tape to tape the orders on the pizza boxes so they aren’t always mixed up and forgotten all the time? Also might hire a manager who knows how to organize. This store is a chaotic mess.
