Customer service was great. I have a dairy allergy and every single one of the workers changed their gloves before working on my pizza. They even have a separate cutter of non dairy pizza. Will be back.

This location… leaves a lot to be desired. They seem to be short on staff and not very customer service oriented. During my visit, a customer came back disgruntled about his order being messed up and needed them to be remade. One of the employees really seemed to be struggling with her job duties. I witnessed her drop a customer’s entire pizza dough on the floor and then while preparing one of my orders, she dropped the metal number stake that identified the pizza into the pizza sauce and never pulled it out. After she continued making my pizzas, I suggested that she remove it from the bin of sauce and she replied she would after she finished my order. She never pulled the metal number stake out of the sauce. After waiting a very, very, long time we got our pizzas and they tasted bland. They lacked the usual flavor of Blaze that customers go there for. The upbeat Blaze vibe was not there.

Today was my first day coming to this pizza chain. I don’t like many of the other pizza chains because of the lack of topping choices; I don’t eat pork or beef, so having vegetarian options are a must for me. I also don’t agree with the $1.60 to $2 charge for extra toppings.

Day before Thanksgiving at around 4:50 p.m. the staff was extremely slow and tried due to a rush of customers earlier. Staff was complaining while preparing the pizzas, no eye contact or interest in the job. A couple customers walked out due to that reason. The ingredients behind the glass like this it had been a food fight, everything was mixed in with other food items.The food is usually good there, but that day…. was not so good. They ran put of ingredients and my pizza was over cooked.
