Great food but The other day when I came to the store the young lady with curly light brown hair was at the register on her phone and The general manger seemed to be having some type of day the way they started coming off to me and my friend. Not only that but I found it a bit strange that the manager and the young lady with the light brown curly hair started cursing and talking about their fellow employees loud enough that I heard. Like I said food is great but it just seems like they need new management

Service was horrible. Person cutting and gIving the pizzas was very rude and very unfriendly. After waiting for my pizza for almost 30 minutes, found out she gave my pizza to someone else. Worst part is , no apology or any remorse for her mistake made. When asked for the manager or his name, she REFUSED to give the name.

This is normally one of my favorite pizza places, but I had a really bad customer service experience today. The employee who took my order was great but the cashier was very unprofessional. I tried to pay too early and he reached out and touched my hand so I would move it away. I get that you can have off days at work (I’ve been there), so I initially ignored that he seemed annoyed and disinterested, but I can’t imagine ever physically touching a customer for any reason when I was a cashier. I would have been a bit more understanding if there was a long line forming behind me or something, but there were very few people in the store.

I definitely used to order from this place so much the more I ordered the more disappointing that I got today. I decided to order one more time and they messed up my pizza and my vegan cheesy bread and they didn’t even add my spicy red sauce. DoorDash did a great job delivering on time

Love the pizza here! For a chain, this place does it right. High quality ingredients, superb dough, and Blood Orange lemonade! I’ve had the so called “best pizza in Philly” (looking at you Vetri), but it wasn’t. I don’t know if Blaze is the best, but it’s definitely good. I’ve been several times, and I’m always happy with my choice. Check them out. I’m sure you’ll love it like I do.
