This place is incredible. I ordered the gyro entree and asked to sub the hummus for babaganoush and it has to be one of the best things I have eaten in the Bay Area. The perfectly cooked rice, expertly seasoned veggies/meat, and the rich babaganoush piled onto a piece of pita is a perfect bite. The hot sauce was very tasty and spicy, as someone who is sensitive to spicy food, I found two spoonfuls was enough for the entire dish. I also ordered the mango lassi and as expected when I first saw it, it was thick, rich, sweet, and cold – the perfect drink to pair with the gyro. Some might say that they can find the same food for a dollar or two cheaper but it won’t be nearly as good. Considering the large amount of food and it’s high quality, I think the prices are very reasonable.
