I really appreciated this place. Yes, their food is great… had a hamburger and fries… yummy. But… our van had troubles (flat tire) and there is a little park by this place… so we not only ate lunch here… we spent some time changing a flat tire… getting dirty… and cleaning up in their restroom… and yes, we cleaned up our mess in the restroom.

That Mexican style lota burger was delicious and the meat cooked so good!! Very juicy not dry . And just enough of lettuce, onions,and tomatoes. Best I’ve had in a long time. Wishing I could have one now!! Great job!!

I had a online order. I went to pick up my order that I had a set time for and told I had to wait in line like everyone else..My order should have been ready at 7:30 which I’m sure it was. But I had to wait until 7:45. Wouldn’t have mattered if it was fresh, but it was under the counter the whole time. Usually there a really sweet older man in top of it. This woman with short hair was super rude and couldn’t even look me in the face. Shouldn’t have a sign saying to pick up online orders directly if their not going to stand by it.

The two Blake’s locations in Taos went through a tough year. They’re trying to transform everything for the better, and the new management seems to be doing a good job. Service time has improved, food quality has improved, most things on the menu are available every day. It’s a slow process, but the progress made so far makes me optimistic. A well-run Blake’s is a beautiful thing, and these two locations are on their way back up the mountain.

They shouldn’t put Daphne on the front line. She is just unpleasant. I’ve had better service at Post Office. The rest of the ladies were super kind, same with the gentleman line cook. Good food tho!

Young man at the counter Isiah was making our milkshakes when I see him actually lick the side of the cup as some had spilled over the side. When confronted about it, he said “I don’t know what you are talking about”. I’m no fool, I watched him clear as day. Get your act together kid.
