The food tasted good but I’m telling you what has happened to the size is unbelievable, the itsa burger looked like a slider, in fact I took a picture with my vape and you can see it’s the size of my vape pod, and if they are selling a slider for $5, then times are even harder on the Lota Burger corporation than we thought.

We had a great lunch here. Food was tasty! We had to remind staff about a few items from our very large order, but they got us all the food in the end! There are no tables inside, but stools and a counter like the windowed front of the store, and make a nice place to eat.

Stopped in for lunch. Lot of food for a decent price. Helpful staff with recommendations on what a first-time customer should try. The seasoned fries highly recommend. All the food is freshly prepared. Next time I am back here, I will try their breakfast burrito . I heard other customers rave about it.

If I could give this half a star I would. We ordered food and half of my items were missing. Ordered chili cheese fries and gave us no fork or napkins. Order two burgers and only got one. Had to wait another 45 minutes for my other burger. The patty was dry and cold. I ordered two drinks as well and didn’t get them had to wait 45 minutes for those as well. And didn’t get the correct drinks. Ordered a Dr Pepper and a lemonade. Instead I got 2 diet cokes. Will never order from here again.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers. Got home and one was completely raw and the other was missing half of the toppings. If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff was terrible, completely unconcerned with how long people had been waiting. Every other customer in the restaurant with me had a similar wait time. Would not recommend

It was good. My friend had the no bun option and we had it to go. They had the cheese stick to the paper. I would say that if you want no bun then ask for it to be wrapped with lettuce. I had the New Mexico style and it was great. Just the right amount of heat… yummy!

We ordered online for pickup. 40 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and our order wasn’t even started. While waiting and waiting, we watched the employees come and go in and out of the bathrooms in groups of 2 & 3. There were 6 people all waiting and no food on the grill. The bottled water was hot. The food was ok. Mediocre and not good enough to make up for the poor service. These employees do not care about this place or their jobs.

I didn’t review about 2 weeks ago, however, because the 4 cheeseburgers ordered both times were still VERY pink, they had to be additionally cooked when we got them home. I LOVE Lota Burger and would not say anything except “twice in a row??”. Order was #70. 7/1/2923. 1:54:55 PM. Reg 1 Cashier. Server Andrea. Thanks for letting me Review. This won’t stop us from eating Lota Burger, but we may start going to the location in Milan.
