We called 20 minutes. Wrote closing and it was obvious the guy didn’t want us to order there. He made it clear we had to be there before 8 (which is understandable) and they only accepted cash. We agreed then he proceeded to tell us we had two choices: minced meat or sliced turkey. We took a little of both as he said it would feed 6-8 people. When we got there 7 minutes before closing they had 2 small tubs of cold meat waiting for us (I’m confident they pulled some leftovers out of the fridge and gave us that). My dog wouldn’t eat it. They forgot the buns, bbq sauce, and any other type of side that you might eat with BBQ. We threw the food in the trash and ordered out. My guess is one of their employees had a bad day and this is not the way this establishment is ran. Definitely won’t be ordering there anytime soon.

Excellent food here! My favorite is the cheeseburger and the BLT. The food is very cheap, while have wonderful taste. The bread on the BLT is excellently made, not hard to bite but really crispy. The taste of bacon on the BLT is just excellent!

Finally as of 4/2023 we can eat inside again! And they cut back on the mayonnaise they’d started overusing. Back to the good Ole place we know and love. BBQ is back to being great… generous portions.. friendly fast service. I missed going inside with covid going on. When people talk about barbecue and haven’t eaten there I can’t wait to take them ….yayyyy

Went here on my lunch break since it’s the only thing close to my new job. Put the order in whenever I went to go pay. The guy said that they only take cash. He did not tell me this whenever I was placing my order had he told me those I could’ve went somewhere and had lunch. Nobody carries cash anymore, we’re not in the 1800s get a card reader, and get more business!

Hey everyone been going there at least once a week for years the food is no where near what it used to be I just ordered a pound of sliced bbq and a quart of slaw waited forever then came out and told me they couldn’t sell me that much slaw because they they’re almost out slaw got my pound of bbq went home and opened it and it actually looks like saw dust so so disappointed
