Have never had a bad pizza at Black Jack Pizza. When I worked for Twin City Security I was a rover and I had permission from my wife to get a Black Jack Pizza when ever I worked overtime. Anyway back to pizza. I like to try different pizza places and it is rare to have a pizza better then Black Jacks. Howie’s with their flavored crust may be a tad better. And there was another pizza joint that may have been a tad better but it was twice the price. Actually glad that Little Caesars has finally raised their prices cuz now the wife may let me have Blackjack more. And it is rare that Little Caesars messes up a pizza and they will re do it on those occasions is my experience. Have only had one pizza at Howies. And have never had a bad pizza from them either. But with Black Jack never having a bad pizza is actually saying something because I have been eating their pizza since the 80s in at least many cities including but not limited to Fort Collins, Greeley, Broomfield, Brighton, Westminster, Boulder, Denver and Aurora. There is also a pizza place in Gunnison that may be a tad better but have only been there twice.

I used to love this place. But after my last experience I’ll never order here again. One pizza and a salad should not have taken over 3 hours to make. It was for delivery but after two hours I decided to just pick it up myself. Online said it was ready. Got there and it wasn’t. Pizza is crunchy and dry from over cooking it. They didn’t even have a fork to eat my salad with. Good place gone bad. Y’all should just close your doors and call it quits.

I don’t usually write reviews but wow. I ordered and *paid* online a few weeks ago, then when I showed up to pick up my order (a few hours before close) they were completely closed, and no one would answer the phone. I left a message with my number, requesting a call back and/or a refund, but received neither. I’ll probably have to go dispute it on my credit card.

Food was okay. Called to let me know they were out of sausage so substituted ground beef which was unfortunately pretty bland even with pepperoni. Ordered bbq wings but found Buffalo wings when I picked up, so they were remade fresh while the already done pizza was kept warmed in the interim and not as fresh as I’d hoped. So not bad really, but overall just okay this time.

There are too many options for pizza or take out in general and the quality of service and the food is suffering everywhere. If you have incompetent employees that can barely speak on the phone, why bother? For me, you lose me as a customer when you can barely greet me and i think i have the wrong number. Plus you never have a delivery driver when i do want the only good thing on your menu, the boneless wings.

I LOVE their pizza. I knew better than to order their “salad”. The salad is dissapointingly unedible. Everything on the sallad, letus, toppings are cut into infant size peices. Making it unclear as to wehere the “letuce” stops and the toppings begin…. Yuck, yuck, yuck on the salad. Yum on the pizzas.

Pizza is good but I was the very first customer when they opened and it was very dirty. Old food just left and had not been cleaned. I give it 1 star because a business when they first open up should not be dirty like this!

This pizza place was great and we wanted to give our compliments to Gaby!!! It was packed today and she was just hustling, handling customers, and training and had a great attitude the whole time. Thank you so much for our delicious Santa Fe pizza and for the great customer service. We’re from out of town but will definitely be back next time we visit.
