I have been ordering from this location since my kids were in pre-school and they are now over 21 – so, a long time. The service and quality of the food has slipped tremendously over the last year or so. I’ve called to complain and to ask what has changed. The new owner has raised costs and delivery fees and taken away standard coupons. I reached out one last time and imparted the history I’ve had with this location and left my number. Never heard from anyone. The last order I placed totaled over $100 and the pizzas arrived burnt. See the pic. Skip this place. It’s no longer good and they clearly don’t care.

For the size and number of toppings, this XL Santa Fe pizza was a great deal. The pizza itself was good, not anything special but about as expected. Only complaint is that they went heavy on the red onion, too much for me.

Ordered one thin crust pizza and one hand tossed. Got two hand tossed. Was supposed to have peppers and other items on one pizza. Was only on half of one. Other pizza was bbq. Half had the wrong toppings. Delivery was only five minutes over estimated which is fine. For the price I paid I’m disappointed. Not coming back.

I ordered through the website, which I’ve done dozens of times before with no problem at all, but this time it went sideways. The form said that I hadn’t entered a CVV, which I had, and didn’t actually create an order. My credit card was charged though.
