Josue was very helpful this evening when my app order got messed up. I used a reward to get a pepperoni pizza and added pineapple. After check out the pepperoni was gone. Ordered a deep dish half and half pizza absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever received from here. The deep dish cheese sticks might as well have been thin crust and the dough didn’t even looked cooked. The pizza dough was the same way. Both were barely a 1/4 of an inch thick. I’ll never order from here again.

Just placed an order and was told I was in range after confirming it several times verbally. The manager calls and says the form of compensation for an error they did was just a refund which would be necessary anyways since it was failed to be delivered. In the future it would be emotionally optimal to offer a simple inconvenience credit of 5-10$ so that I would want to continue to want to go here. But I am put off by lack of customer experience awareness.

We ordered a calzone…when I got it home I found out it was burnt. So I called and they said I’d get a credit for next time I ordered. Well when I ordered they denied everything and I didn’t get my credit. They also took 30 minutes for a salad.

Blackjack?!!! Definitely on point tonight. We usually eat the calzones. However we got a mega meal instead. Pizza was awesomlicious! Everything tasted great! Hands down this is my new go to for pizza on a cold winter night. Delivery was on time, pizza was hot and fresh. So you want a premium pizza and wings. Get you some Blackjack.
