This place is quite a well run production with both walk-ins and a drive through. Great coffee and also pods for home brew. A few sweet treats available, unsure if there’s a breakfast menu. This is more of a coffee place anyway. The lobby/dining area does have a corporate feel so not sure you wanna hang out with your laptop.

This is not a bagel. Been going here for years without problems. Always get coffee with a plain, toasted bagel with cream cheese. They were always delicious with an awesome whipped cream cheese. I found myself going more than usual because I found them so good. Today I found out the hard way that they changed to some other company for bagels (when I went back to tell them they got my order wrong they informed me). This is not a bagel, it’s a round dinner bread roll. It’s not dense like a bagel, it’s light and airy and tastes like bread. The cream cheese is now basically sour cream. The coffee is still good but I’m very disappointed in the “bread roll”. Won’t be going as much now.

I ordered the Carmel blondie chiller. It was delicious. I was afraid that it would taste icy but it was very creamy. Service was good. The place is decent to sit down and drink your coffee but basic. There were bees by the door. There may be a hive nearby.

I ordered an online ordered for pickup, went to the drive was told to come inside to pick up said ordered. Which was fine, I assumed my ordered was correct which I should’ve checked before leaving. My drinks were not made correctly and was missing a blueberry scone. Been going here since they opened. Customer service has gone down the drain. Constantly out of product, screens in drive thru turned off early, close everything down early so limited on what can order, rushed when trying to order with no screens on. Black Rock used to be great 2 years ago. But now its just not the same.

This was the worst Carmel macchiato with an extra shot I have ever tasted it was water with a little Carmel and coffee in it but I’m stressing the water. Dunkin’s being #1 and Starbucks being +2 need not worry there position remain solid with this place as a competitor. Sorry guys but that cup of whatever was within a couple cents of the best but miles apart in quality.

Always fast friendly service. Coffee is consistent on how it is made. Love the blackout hot or cold. Food is less desirable. Looks really good but lacks flavor. Could not taste banana in the banana cake. No blueberry taste with the blueberry scone.
