We were visiting my son in Pittsburgh. As he is a table top gamer and always wanted to try Black Lotus Pizza as all the reviews were super positive. We weren’t disappointed. The crew was great and the atmosphere was amenable to serious gameplay. The pizza and honey chicken wings were the total bomb. I highly recommend this place for good food and tabletop gameplay fun. They have lots of games to check out and to sell as well.

First meal for our first time in Pittsburgh. We were staying at a nearby air bnb and it actually happened to be the only place open after 8! Thankfully it was amazing! They have unique tasty pizzas and a fun atmosphere. We had a blast. We even went back for more.

I’ve only had takeaway from here, and it was surprisingly a smash hit. We ordered the Boros Legion Pizza it was cooked to perfection and loved the sauce. Order the Frankenstein Pretzel fingers and pierogi’s all tasty. Eventually, I’ll be by to take part in the gaming experience.

Extremely underrated and overlooked pizza place! This is seriously one of the best white pizzas I’ve ever had. And, they were offering $5 off for takeout and $10 off on Uber Eats. The prices were already quite reasonable. I tried their black garlic white pizza, fried dough, and an extreme chocolate chip cookie.

We stopped here and were not hungry at all but wanted to play some games and hang out so we ordered a pizza and ended up eating almost all of it. Probably some of the best pizza I’ve had in Pittsburgh. If you’re a nerd and you’re looking for a board game/magic/dnd hangout I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. It’s adorable, the staff are super nice and the vibes are good!

I ordered online while having an overnight stay with my daughter at children’s hospital. First, the pizza was great. But that was just the beginning. Having GF/DF options is incredible, and my wife thought it was the best vegan cheese she’s ever had. They also kindly have a discount because I was wearing my children’s hospital parent sticker identifying we had an overnight stay. Super generous. Highly recommend supporting!

I loved their foods when I’ve ordered delivery (with Uber Eats) and attended one of their nightly events. Thei4 vegan options are really good. Their monthly calendar includes fun activities from D&D, Magic, trivia night, and even a karaoke night. Bravo!

Second update: Seems they don’t sell burgers anymore which is a shame. Finally got around to trying their pizza and it is very good – doughy and not greasy just how I like it. However, the service has absolutely tumbled in the past few months. I’m not sure why but the past 3 or 4 times I’ve picked up an order here, whoever was at the counter has been short and rude for no reason at all (it was the same person every time) My last visit was especially bad; they didn’t even bother to say hello or just a basic “name for the order,” just blank staring until I said my name. After that, they literally just dropped the pizza box on the counter on purpose. Thankfully the food was fine but seriously, that’s just uncalled for. I’m really hoping the situation improves, I understand they’ve been having staffing issues so stress might be high.
