Becca, our server, was pleasant and very proud of the food and their family business. We loved that. The food was A-maz-ing! The French toast special was Heath almond with a syrup that was good on everything! Try dipping bacon in it, transcendent! Coffee, fresh, fast and plentiful. Fun games available to play and a comfy atmosphere. Mom, dad and the kids working hard to produce high quality food and a great experience. Make Belle Fourche a stop on your travels and stop by this diner.

Black Hills Diner is a local family owned and run comfort food place. The husband and wife come up with recipes together and he does the cooking. He really takes pride in his cooking. My wife loves the Monte Cristo and I love their general eggs, bacon and pancakes. I just ate the grilled cheese sandwich. The bread was toasted to perfection and was crunchy and soft on the inside. The cheese was well melted. They also serve beer-battened onion rings which are really good.

Family restaurant. Was craving a BLT and they didn’t disappoint. They were very attentive and have to give them the award for kind and courteous. Very attentive wait staff. Mama, you’re doing a fine job. I was impressed by the friendliness and attention to detail. Would definitely visit again if my job routes me through there again.

Appreciate the hard work to take care of the customer. We love the pancakes here and the syrup. We had to wait awhile, but good things are worth waiting for. Busy week with rally, so its realistic you have to wait a for your order. Definitely worth it!

On a long road trip, stopping here for lunch was one of the highlights. Adorable little restaurant that is definitely a hidden gem! Very family oriented atmosphere, and the food was surprisingly tasty (and not just for being in a more touristy area), as well as very reasonably priced. Only wish we would come back this way so we could stop by again!

First and foremost the food is AWESOME. We were super sad to hear Belle Inn had closed. I will say the food here did not disappoint. They were crazy busy I’d expect the food is great. Ran out of hash browns so they gave me tater tots instead…they were yum. Our waitress was very sweet in the situation helped us with the menu choices…they actually ask if u want your bacon crispy. Will definitely be back.

This was an excellent breakfast. My wife had the red velvet French toast and I had the pancakes and both were delicious. Their homemade buttermilk syrup was the star of the show. The coffee was on point and our server was very attentive and personable. This is a must visit diner.

Adam, Chrissy and Becca are about the sweetest business owners in the Black Hills. We come here regularly and today I had a rough time at the doctors with some new health issues and Becca went out of her way to show me such kindness. The food is always amazing but these business owners are truly amazing people as well. Thank you Becca for always being so sweet and dear!
