Called for delivery and they don’t deliver 6 miles away. The girl taking the call was really rude about it. She didn’t know what the furthest distance they would deliver so I asked her if I could talk to a manager.

Very inconsistent quality and not timely. Pizza good one week and sparce on topping and quality the next week. When I order for pick up, pizza is rarely ready even with ample time given before I arrive due to this experience. I have to wait with the other people by the cash register. After putting up with inconsistent quality and wasting time over the years (only pizza place in Black Forest) I refuse to return. I would rather drive down the road to Dominoes or another pizza place or restaurant to pick up food in town. They have lost my business permanently and I recommend to others to send them the same message. I’ve spoken with the manager and owner several times about this, too.

Tried their Italian grinder today and I wish I had a time machine. Much smaller than expected. Just looking at it made me sad. It was mostly lettuce and dry toasted bread. Paper thin layer of meat and super bland. Even with the big basket of fries, I left hungry. Extra bonus is that the roof of my mouth is all cut up from the stale bread. Should have gone to Jersey Mike’s. Place smelled weird and it felt like eating lunch in a storage room. Prepare for tip guilt when paying on their tablet.

I’ve been here before around a year ago and the food was pretty good, try it again couple weeks ago and it wasn’t so good, the pizza was great but the garlic bread was burnt and really hard to eat not good and the cheese sticks we’re cold and overcooked or something wasn’t right tried to heat them up and still didn’t taste good so through them in the trash, got the food before they close so was too late to take it back or call them to tell them.

Spontaneously stopped by for lunch with my family and was NOT disappointed. The food was amazing. We all ordered different stuff and it was all delicious and fresh. My favorite was the Stromboli!! Only downside we had was the young kid that took our order. He didn’t greet us when we came in at all and was not friendly. It was our first time in so we had a few questions and he seemed bothered and didn’t want to help or talk to us. The other older gentleman working definitely made up for him though. He was very kind and genuine he delivered our food and checked in a few times. Inside dining is older n little run down but overall would definitely recommend and would go back!

Stopped here for lunch today as it’s fairly close to my house. They have one of the best lunch deals around. Any of their lunch sandwiches, a good pile of fries and a drink for $9. I got a Philly cheesesteak and it was very good. Lots of fries but they could have used a touch more time in the fryer. Not a deal breaker though. The reason I took 2 stars off was more the condition of the place. They must have a lack of storage space since there were over a dozen cases of 2 liter sodas stored against the wall in the dining room. Also there were three vacuum cleaners stored in the dining room next to the trash can. Strange… Finally, I asked for ketchup and was given one of those refillable plastic containers that had dry crusty ketchup on the nozzle and around the outside of the screw on top. Not pleasant, and if they don’t clean something like this that everyone uses, what else isn’t being cleaned?

Went there with my friend to try the cheese steak with cheese wiz. There was barely any cheese at all. No big deal, I just asked for some more and I’ll pay for the extra side I don’t mind. “Sorry you already payed so we can’t do that”… The girl at the register refused to ring it up for us, the guy at the kitchen was rude saying we should have askes for it, so we just at a cheesesteak with practically no cheese, soggy bread, and burnt fires for $20… What a joke
