Absolutely incredible. Wish I knew about this little place earlier. Located inside Bearded Iris, this place serves delicious homemade ramen that will leave you satisfied and wanting to come back again and again. It also has the added bonus of being able to drink a Bearded Iris beer with your meal. Kids can eat here as well!

The ramen here is so flavorful and the chashu was perfect. The chili crisp was a very good add on if you like some heat and flavor. You order with you phone and the food comes right out. Kinda hard to ask questions about the menu or get more water. You automatically tip 20% on ordering. Overall experience and flavors were great. Would go back.chicken broth

If you want some real good ramen. Come here! No matter if you are by yourself or with a friend or two. This place is amazing. I’m comfortable coming here alone or bringing family that’s in town to here. My fiancé and I love it here! The food is amazing and the taste is outstanding! They also have something new just for the evening on Sunday! The creativity behind everything is extremely noticeable with every sip or bite!

My husband and I love having ramen and other creative and delish appetizers here. We tried most of ramen spots in Nashville and this is definitely the best one in town! Staffs are nice and fast. Since they are located in a brewery, sometimes it’s hard to find a table but you can always grab a beer while you wait for your table to be ready. You can bring dogs to outside area.

Black Dynasty hands down has the best ramen I have ever had. In fact, a friend who lived in Japan for many years describes it as “the best ramen in the US.” Combine that with the fact they’re located inside my favorite local brewery, and I’ve become a total noodle freak. Slurprise Sunday has become one of my favorite days of the week… and I still dream about the oxtail special from Halloween 2022 (pictured with the reddish-pink egg). Their small plates are stellar too.

Secrets out. BDSRH serves up juicy, succulent ramen that hits you in the mouth w flavor. Not only that but they always have some kind of dessert or side rotating through that they’ve concocted that is not to be missed. Previously I’ve have banana pudding with matcha and other Asian influences. It’s so yummy. Everything is made from scratch. Everything is made from love. Everything fits nice in my belly.
