The crew I had while waiting for an interview was great. Recommended food was chicken sausage scramble. Had them leave the tomatoes out and it was great. Huckleberry shake was heavenly. I’m a fan of black pepper so gravy was just ok but it’s a me thing.

Went for late dinner on a weekday. Service was very friendly and fast. Food took a bit to come out & was pretty average, tenders a bit overcooked but fresh and hot! Very clean and warm atmosphere. Loved the menu concept with info on exceptional employees, didn’t realize it was the menu was so interested in the nice things everyone was saying about one another ☺️

Our server was very quiet wouldn’t say much, he brought the food put it on the table and walked away, he would pace back and forth but never to stop and ask how everything was or if we needed anything. When i noticed my burger was wrong he asked”And what would you like me to do?” Well, take it back and bring me the correct one please. I had only taken a couple of bites and didn’t touch the fries. When he brings the new one in a to go box since we were leaving I opened it and noticed no fries. My husband looked at me and basically said drop it and let’s go then I look at our ticket and it was $5.69 For a glass of Orange juice?! We go to the location in Avondale since it’s where we live and hadnever encountered such careless service. We were only in the area for business and next time we will definitely go to crackers down the street. As a business owner and someone that has worked in customer service 17 years this was simply unacceptable and we are disappointed! We are very generous tippers but this time we didn’t leave a dime!

We had such a wonderful time at this location! The staff was upbeat and kind, the food was delicious and very quick to be served even on a busy Saturday morning. Our table had full view of the kitchen and my husband and I were very impressed with the efficient and patient manager that was helping to get meals together. He communicated well with his staff when any problems or questions came up. It was obvious the staff respected him. We will definitely be back!

No complaints here. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food tasted great and the portions were generous. With a breakfast for 2 totalling $38 it could be said that it’s a more expensive option. However if you consider that the second half of both will be eaten tomorrow, that drops it into consideration for one of the cheaper options available without any of the negatives that sometimes plague the reviews of more budget establishments. It’s no wonder they’ve opened locations everywhere and seem to be thriving.

Maybe we were just visited on an unlucky day with our two babies (9 month old and 1.5 year old). We were greeted by a kind hostess who showed us to our seats. Unfortunately after a few minutes we realize no one was going to offer a booster or high chair for our babies to join us at the table. We were forced to find one ourselves. Personally this wasn’t a big deal as they usually Cater to an older crowd and it may have slipped their mind that families with babies need high chairs or booster seats.

My husband and I went for brunch. Our server Heather was great. They were under staffed by 3 servers and she was still getting things done. She was least 8 tables at one point. Our meal was really good. My husband liked his pancakes that have a sweet cream batter. He wants to go back just for them. Portions were good. Our customers got us pie to help us celebrate our anniversary. The Cherry Pie ( it wasn’t on the menu) was DELICIOUS! Ice Cream on top had that same sweet cream flavor. Was also very good. We are looking forward to going back.
