First time going here. Was not disappointed!!! Huge portions of great food and a great price. What more could you ask for? The waitress was extremely helpful we told her it was our first time at the restaurant and she was busy but still took the time to explain a few things to us. We went in on a Friday morning around 10:30am and it was busy but we where able to get a spot pretty quick. I would imagine that on the weekends it is extremely busy with a wait. The food was great! Will definitely be returning to this restaurant breakfast was amazing! Thank you!

Got their Open-Faced Hot Turkey and the Apple Cobbler. I absolutely loved the hot turkey. It reminded me of turkey dinners back home in Tennessee. The portion size was right on. The apple cobbler reminded me of a small apple pie, not a cobbler. That’s not saying it was bad, just not a cobbler in my mind.

The menu at this place is massive. Delicious comfort foods served here. I had the blackened pesto salmon with the sweet potato fries and the potato soup. Would highly recommend the fries. We were seated immediately however it did take a little while for the food to arrive. Portion sizes were large and well worth the price. A great restaurant to visit if you’re looking for some comfort food or all day breakfast.

This is the most over rated, worst service restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. Me and my wife went out for Sunday breakfast, we found this great place, it has great reviews, but it sure was a disappointment. The wait was 47-60 minutes, but only took 30 minutes to get in, they tried to seat us at the worst table, but luckily about 1/3 of the tables were empty inside so we were able to move to a better spot. After we ordered, we sat for about 15 minutes with empty coffee before we were offered a refill, then about another 15 minutes past, mind you we only ordered an omelet and corned beef hash with scambled eggs for our meals, we were still trying to be patient and decided to ask about their cute mugs that say “black bear diner” on them. They told us they could check if they had any if we wanted to buy one, so I said yeah I want one. They told me they were 14.99 which is rediculous for a coffee mug, even a souvenir one, but I decided to go ahead and get it so they brought me the bag, and they told me it would be ring up on my bill. Then the server comes by and hands me the bill, now I still haven’t even gotten our food. I told our server that we hadn’t even been served our food yet. He said he knew and that they were putting them in To go boxes, because the hostess said we had told her we needed to go. We never said that once. So the server said it was a mix up and he’ll fix it, then turned around and started taking the people’s behind us orders and we saw our food brought up to the front. In total we were there for an hour and a half had no food, expected to pay before we ate, and we’re completely disregarded. Don’t go here ever, it feels like a tourist trap.

I came here a few times last year and the food and service was good. This experience not so great. The food took forever, our waitress was very nice but only spoke to us a few times and my food and drink was not good. I ordered some vanillia coffee on ice and it was watered down and tasted like chocolate milk. 5 bucks wasted. My eggs and waffles were very bland, cheese was not melted and bacon was soggy. I didn’t eat much and am still hungry. The price was decent, but that was it. We will not be back!

Went for breakfast for the first time in a couple months. The atmosphere was notably different. Lots of new faces along with familiar ones. The staff seemed peppier and lighter not bogged down and overworked like before. Lexi (I believe was her name) was very attentive and sweet. We spoke with Israel and David about a job well done since it was one of the most pleasant visits we’ve had there in a while, they were also attentive and happy to share goals and excitement for the future. Keep up the good work.

This is a family friendly, fun bear themed restaurant. My toddler enjoyed growling at all the bear statues and pictures. Their pancakes were surprisingly tasty. The waffle is softer than it is crisp and is accurately described as ‘cake like’ on the menu- I really liked it. My favorite part was that they have blackberry jam as one of the jams to choose from in the condiment section of your table- classy move. At first glance I thought it was grape, but nope, they got that fancy jam. They also have a trio of bear branded hot sauces. Everything was delicious and our server was so friendly and efficient.

Just had a wonderful breakfast, the eggs were cooked expertly, and my bacon was just delicious. April was our server, and she was excellent. My coffee was always filled and she brought a smile to our day.! Love this place for whatever meal you are feeling! It always hits the spot!
