Overall, not the greatest experience. We waited an hour to receive our food (not exaggerating). We had to get the waiter’s attention several times for things like drinks and silverware. On the positive side, the meat was prepared well.

Ordered food the other day, and who ever took the order didn’t put it in. We were told it would be 20 minutes, we gave them around 30. Pulled up to the window and was told there was no order with our name, they figured we called the van wert black angus. After looking and calling van wert they had no to go orders up and we had in fact called Ottoville. I’d like to note the manager was rude and asked if I’d like to come inside and look at the orders up and completed. After calling my wife she reordered our food. We waited another 15-20 minutes and it was ready. They did nothing for messing up our order and making us wait over an hour. We usually have decent service and good food. It will be awhile before we go back.

The biggest and best ribeye my wife and I have ever eaten in our entire lives. The cow must have been huge. The servers were awesome, the place was packed and they treated us like we were the only ones there. Drinks never got below half empty we were checked every time she went by. Atmosphere was very nice. We drove 45 minutes to get there and we are already making plans to go back…. awesome job
