Got the mailer to try a new spot in the neighborhood, the pictures looked appetizing. Went in on a Friday night and it was light and not busy but it got busy fast. The owner walked us thru the menu as it was our first time Here. It won’t be our last, the calamari was awesome, the blackened swordfish amazing and the prime rib hit the spot. Good drinks, good food, great prices…why haven’t you come yet???

Great neighborhood bar / restaurant. The food is reasonable and delicious. On weekends there is an outdoor bar and entertainment. Very personable bartenders. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

So I just saw food pictures didn’t know it wasn’t a full restaurant so we brought baby but we happened to go on music night and baby loved it. Great customer service we had a guy as server… very personable and asked if we needed something multiple times 🙂 hands down best surf and turf in the state ..stuffed

The atmosphere of Black is so friendly, welcoming, and comfortable. Went in for trivia night and had a blast, lots of laughs. The food was unbelievable and I had the best fish tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Staff was extremely friendly and I simply can’t wait to go back for all their other events!

If you like something on the menu, check to see if they have it. 1st time there, I ordered the St.Louis baby back ribs, they said we don’t serve that here. So I ordered some thin crispy onion rings. Yep you guessed it they came to the table with big fat onion rings. “Wait What” The menu clearly says thin onion rings…..SMH

This place is a GEM! The food is absolutely delicious. We sat outside in their outdoor patio and they had live music which is a plus on a Sunday! The hand cut fries and hand battered onion rings are great! Seasoned perfectly! We ordered a pretzel and it was warm and buttery.. I ordered the dynamite sandwich which is 100% plant based with the perfect amount of heat was simply amazing! I’m so glad they have vegan and vegetarian options! My son ordered stuffies and those were made with perfection with a grilled lemon on the side. We will definitely be back. The atmosphere is clean, open and nice. Very friendly staff. The owner came by to introduce himself too which is a very nice gesture. We’ll be back. They mentioned karaoke is on Friday nights, and live bands every Saturday!

First time there, @3:30pm, atmosphere lively. Our sever that day was so friendly as if he knew us. We had the classic burger and Texas burger along with shared fries. Delicious! Go there !

We started with the poutine it was awesome, I had the fried chicken I highly recommend it! Hubby had the lobster roll it was delicious Our waitress, Linda was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

The food was great and the service inside was fabulous. Outside with the band, I had to wait 35 minutes to get my drink. It would have been wayyyy faster just to go inside and get it myself. It is important to note they only had one bartender and things were pretty busy.
