This place was hands down, amazing! The delicious smell of BBQ as you’re walking in, my goodness, what a start to this experience! Now they have very generous serving sizes, great flavor and Joe was so friendly and welcoming! We ordered the Jubilee Ribs & Carolina Pork delicious! the sauce is so good too! I put a little bit of it on everything Will definitely be back for more! And yes i do recommend!

Outstanding, everything about this place says “we want more”!! I got the rib platter with the Mac n cheese n garlic mashed potatoes!!!! words cannot express how happy I was, how good the food was and how happy my tummy was. Staff was above and beyond!!! Cant wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!!! Also can’t forget this get the Corn bread!!!! .

So I went to Bitterman’s BBQ on opening day and the delivery wasn’t favorable but everyone is allowed to have a bad day and sometimes opening day can become a bit overwhelming. Well I went back in today to give the place a second shot and I must say a night and day difference in the food. Everything was delicious and Mr. Bitterman was a gentleman.

The ribs were perfectly tender and well seasoned the Carolina pork was nice and juicy no dryness. The Carolina sauce is really good I recommend getting an extra. The mac and cheese is very cheesy and creamy, but not watery. Garlic mashed potatoes were really good too. Staff introduced themselves and were very friendly. I called the order in and they asked what time I would be there to make sure everything was fresh. I literally pulled up as they finished bagging it. Food great, staff and service great. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend giving this place a try.

Delicious bbq ribs! I enjoyed the dry rub and homemade bbq sauce great portions and prices. The baked beans are the best I’ve ever had..the garlic mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese also great! I Grilled the homemade cornbread it was very good ! Joe the owner goes out of his way to please his customers. Very Clean establishment .

The food was really good! As soon as you step inside the smell alone makes your mouth water. I got the Carolina pork platter with the slaw and baked beans. The pork was so tender and flavorful it didn’t even need the sauce on the side. The sides were good too, the slaw wasn’t your regular mayo based one but the acidity helps cut all the delicious fattiness from the pork so it paired well. Joe was such a great guy! Super helpful and you can tell he takes pride in his food. Highly recommend!!!

Me and my fiancé first time trying this place and it was amazing . Great food great prices . I will definitely be a regular customer . The place was very clean and the chef was very welcoming and friendly . If it’s your first time going definitely try the Ribs the bean and definitely the cornbread.

I finally stopped in to try Bittman’s BBQ ..I’m so glad I did! I ordered the carolina combo with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and a side of baked beans..everything was delicious. The ribs were huge, tender and flavorful and came with a side of BBQ sauce that was delicious. Loved the garlic mashed potatoes and the baked beans were the best I’ve ever had. I enjoyed it so much that I went back 2 days later and got a half rack of baby back ribs and a half rack of Louisiana ribs a side of the baked beans,the Mac & cheese, and southern slaw that’s tangy/sweet and goes perfect with the ribs. Joe’s homemade corn bread was moist and out of this world! The place was very clean and has a great vibe. Thank you Joe

This was hands down the best barbecue I’ve had since Sourh Carolina! The baked beans were incredible loved the onions, garlic mash was perfect..and the ribs and sauce ots was juicy, savory, and had the perfect amount of heat ! Keep up the good work and I’ll definitely be ordering on the regular.
