If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered my food from a local restaurant paid over $14 for tip plus delivery fees and the food never showed. We called the restaurant and no driver ever picked it up. Bite Squad had nothing to say for their terrible service and I had to fight with them to get a refund. First chat person lied and said a driver had already picked up the order so they couldn’t cancel it. The next one finally refunded the amount. Do not use Bite Squad for your food delivery. You may never receive your food if you do it’ll be very late and likely cold.

This company started out great but now every time I order my food arrives cold and late! They really don’t do much to remedy it either. Sure they’ll give you a credit on your next order, but that food is just going to arrive cold as well. Better to just use one of the other companies. Bite Squad just isn’t reliable anymore.

I tried the service because I was at work and forgot my lunch. The delivery charge was well worth it (and it was only $2) because I coyld not leave the building, drive there, and get my food in the time it was delivered to me. The tracking app is awesome and my food from Mariachi’s was delivered hot and fresh! I am thrilled with their service!

Bite Squad in Sarasota is absolutely the WORST. I ordered a catered lunch for my staff at a local restaurant on 10/11/22. Today (10/13/22) approximately an hour and half before it was scheduled to be delivered Bite Squad cancelled the order with no explanation but left the $139 charge on my credit card and say it can take up to 6 DAYS to credit the money back. I will NEVER and I mean EVER order from them again.

I don’t know why I continue to put myself through the madness with Bite Squad! Food ALWAYS arrives at minimum an hour AFTER your estimated time. My current wait is 2 hours. They always say the driver will make sure the food that was prepared hours ago will be fresh when they pick it up. But let’s face it, they don’t care so I always get non quality food that would normally be amazing if eaten within a proper time. I’m just going to delete this app so I don’t torture myself any longer. I never have this issue with Door Dash. So I guess they will be my go to.

Ordered food at 430 it’s now 7 called to get refund .called store that ordered with to inform them and they told me to come get it myself because bite squad never shows up for orders. Don’t waste ur time even ordering . Call Uber eats or Doordarshan, or just drive save you the frustration with them . Hopefully I get my refund.

Horrible customer service. Had to cancel an order because after 2 hrs they couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered. Using app to cancel was told I couldn’t cancel. Later received a phone call that they would cancel. Order was cancelled but still waiting on my $65 credit card refund! Had to contact them again several days later and they said it was not ever processed! OMG how bad can a company be? Now they say it will be 2-6 days and they want to give me a $20 credit for the hassle. Geez!!! Run don’t walk from this delivery service.

I placed an order and 1.5 hours later I went into chat and asked the status. I was informed the driver refused the order. No one ever reached out to let me know AMD my partner and I were left without dinner. By far the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced.
