When we say Halal we really mean HALAL. Which is one of our biggest concerns, to bring back integrity in the word Halal. Our meat is always certified/authentic Hand Zabiha meat and the processing goes through ethical butchering methods. We do not serve machine/mechanically slaughtered meat. Everything is hand processed and monitored by Halal Monitoring Services (HMS).

Bite of Power is a convenient, late night place to get a meal in midtown. I got the chicken platter over rice. The portions were large, and the sauce, rice, and salad were good. I had enough to eat the next day, and it surprisingly tasted better then too. However, I was a disappointed by the chicken’s dryness and weak flavor. Also, my food wasn’t that warm, so I’m not sure how fresh everything was. Overall I give it a 3.5/5.

Their food is really good I get the chicken platter with rice and white sauce and it tastes amazing. My friend got the Philly cheesesteak it was really big and she liked it a lot. They are open late and food usually comes out pretty quickly. The main downside is I feel like this place is pretty expensive for the amount of food you get

Bite of Power was a surprisingly delicious and amazing place for dinner. There are many delicious options and the service is very quick. I personally chose the lamb and chicken over rice and everything was amazing. The spices and flavor made this dinner 100% worth it and I cannot wait to return to Bite of Power the next time I am in Gainesville!

This place genuinely cares about you. From the big portions, the affordable pricing, and the overall quality of the food. The staff is incredibly friendly as well, and is dedicated to making good food that might as well be homemade. Just all around good food at great prices made by really good people. And that is something I can get behind. You don’t see too much of that these days. Highly recommend. 10/10 will be coming back soon. Tell your friends and family to come and check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Oh and, you could literally drink their white sauce.

I ordered from Uber eats so I have to give them some credit too! Food was awesome and hot! How many times do you order food from doordash or Uber eats or from wherever and the food is not hot?! So shout out to the restaurant and ubereats! Food was amazing, sauces were amazing and I will definitely be ordering from there again! I totally recommend! Food portions are perfect!

Service was awesome. Miss Rachel got our food out quick and she was so kind and considerate. She really went above and beyond to take care of us. Hope she is considered soon for a raise. However the food was way too greasy and gave me a stomachache.

Absolutely the BEST Falafel in town!! I’ve been looking for some great Mediterranean food and this is the spot. The pita was warm and fluffy, falafel was crispy with perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The French fries were AmaZing !!..and so good with the tzatziki sauce.. Absolutely delicious and this place is open til 3am. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Lamb over rice. Service was really fast. As soon as I ordered not even 4 min later it was ready! It’s good everything considered. I’m used to the halal trucks in NYC cooking it fresh! It’s taste so much better fresh. All in all pretty good local.
