Party of 3 on a Thursday evening. High expectations due to reviews, photos and menu descriptions. The one who ordered the Parmesan Crusted Salmon raved on the flavor, said the Parmesan risotto was wonderfully creamy. Although the salmon was only about 1/2” thick and looked like the tail portion of the filet that’s usually used for a salad or stew and was very dry. This might be why there was a generous amount tomato buerre blanc sauce, which was obviously broken. The 7 green beans were fresh and tasty.

You should have reservations for this restaurant. We didn’t but we got immediate seating outside on the patio. We had the pork chop and the Mahi-mahi. It was a bit on the pricey side at $30/$40 respectively. The service was excellent and the best pork chop I’ve ever had. The fish wasn’t as good and a bit cold. We didn’t order appetizers or soup or salad. I’m glad we didn’t. The portions were quite generous so wouldn’t have been able to finish if we had. Due to the price and the coolness of the mahi-mahi I gave it 4 stars.

Great small, intimate restaurant with really good food. The dinner menu has many delicious options at varying price ranges, so there should be something for everybody. We had the edamame salad, 4oz filet and the pork chop — all excellent. Bistro 22 is the little sister restaurant to Signature Grill and is the same shopping center.
