Terrible experience!!! It was my very first time ordering from that place and I greatly regretted it. First of all, the ladies need basic training in customers. They were eating and serving people’s food at the same time. I ordered a pick up but they wouldn’t or couldn’t provide me what I ordered. I asked for a refund for the portion they couldn’t provide, I was rudely declined the refund. I was told their cash register cannot be short but it’s ok for my account to be short and not receive what I paid for. I show proof of being charged, the cashier ignored me, walked away to serve other customers. I wouldn’t mind leaving the money as a tip but the ladies attitude was unprofessional. I called my bank and they handled that issue. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THAT PLACE!!! The menu is not accurate and they will keep your money and not offer refunds. The place is dirty and unsanitary.

The quality of food here is fantastic! However Even after ordering the food I had a time, when you arrive you still end up waiting 30- 40 minutes for your food on top of that when I called to order my food I clarified if they had white rice prepared the person taking my order assured me Yes they did after waiting the 40 minutes there for my food taking my food home opening my box only to discover rice and peas in my plate. I return to the establishment and asked for white rice at that time they didn’t have any, so I got a refund. Over the years I’ve enjoyed their food but I can’t deal with the wait after ordering ahead of time and the dishonesty of food availability. It’s actually insane it was a complete waste of my time and gas having to return back to the establishment

Called before to try and order no answer. Drove to restaurant as Google listening says it closes at 10pm and when we walked in 30 minutes until 10pm they said they’re closed and not taking orders and for us to call. When we let them know we did call and no one answer they just gave dirty looks. Customer Service is horrible. Wouldn’t return to attempt to try. Food needs to be cooked and prepared around good vibes !

Ordered legume with double Mac & cheese white rice With white rice. I got fried plantain and double rice I’m too much of a banan peze. But I don’t mind the mistake cause they probably didn’t have Mac and cheese. The reviews scared me but I still wanted to order.. food was alright can’t really complain. The banan did taste old I ended up throwing it away.. and for my vegetarians out there the legume has meat in it if you were expecting just veggies. Overall though I feel like this place is worth the money

Omg best Haitian food in south Florida!!!!! Other people are just lying or just being greedy been coming to this joint for 8 years and food is from heaven. The staff is already very stressed from managing all the orders so if you come in with attitude, depends on the person they will snap back. We are all human. And for the customers that are saying they seen roaches not true, never seen a roach. And mind you those customers have roaches in they houses crawling up on walls but so quick to tear down good Haitian food.
