It looks like they gutted about 4 hotel rooms and converted the space into a “bistro”. They put signs up on the outside to lead you to doors you can’t open without a guest key.

Got to my hotel nearby after a delayed flight. Searched for somewhere to eat & drink nearby and this was the only place still open so ran over there. Nothing ground breaking here but the servers were chill and they had food & drink. If I’m ever delayed again in Dallas with an overnight layover, and I’m sent to a hotel nearby, I will return.

Basically sandwich meat. The veggie burger wasn’t bad satisfied the hunger pains, the new Italian sandwich was not so good.

The only bar/ restaurant close to all the airport hotels around this area. Actually quite decent. Adequate and fast service. Food is 3 but good for the price ($8 for a budger). Great fries

While furnishings are conteporary-ish, the Bistro is pretty clearly an addition to the hotel. It is functional, staff is nice, the bar is stocked with the basics…dont expect fancy.
