Outstanding from beginning to end. Starting with friendly greeting, offering & explaining menu suggestions with clear Albanian culture knowledge, Rachel is simply awesome. Even though there were several delicious sounding specialty cocktails, she was extremely helpful and willing to go out of her way with cocktail accommodations to special dietary restriction- and the drinks did not disappoint! She *listened to us as customers & served food that was just what we wanted on a hot evening. We were a couple of the only customers who wanted to sit outside & it wasn’t a problem at all. Food was excellent, perfectly portioned & presented. Can’t wait to go back

The best risotto I’ve ever had! So smooth and flavorful! We were passing through late at night and happened upon this food gem! Tried the stuffed mini bell peppers (we can then sweet peppers in TX), they were crisp and fresh. Then shared the Salmon with capers and risotto. I was in love with 2 things about this dish. The over sauteed capers- I’ve never had them this way and will never cook with them again any other way! I seriously wanted an entire bowl of just the capers! Second, that risotto! It was phenomenal! The drinks were also made really well!

Stopped in for an assortment of small plates for our dinner. We sat outside — which was nice. We were greeted by a very knowledgeable and helpful staff member.

Cute new place you need to try in Pueblo: tapas style food, or shareable entrees. Save room for desseet. Everything was delicious.

Fabulous restaurant, nice ambiance and super friendly and professional staff. The salads, paninis were great. Nice wine list, great lentil soup and bruschetta. And, walking distance from the hotel, will definitely return soon. I love that they embrace their basque and also Eastern European heritage.

Recently had the pleasure of revisiting this gem. The atmosphere staff and food were absolutely amazing! We had the meat and cheese tapas and it was so flavorful and fresh. We will most definitely be dining here regularly. Can’t beat the service or the handcrafted food

Food was delicious and able to accommodate vegetarian diet. Bring your own vegan mayonnaise and it would have been vegan. Very friendly atmosphere with cool music and awesome videos on the TV. Relaxing and chilled!

My husband, our 2 kids (5 and 11) and I stopped at this cute restaurant on our way from the Great Sand Dunes just hopping to eat something before returning to our hotel. We were very pleasantly suprised when the food came, the most delicious food I have tasted in a while. We had their selection of tapas, my son had a medium rare steak served with potatoes, our little one had Mac and cheese and my husband and I had salmon risotto. And they gave our daughter a complementary cheese cake which we all enjoyed.

New to this, we found base by reviews, and we are very happy the service is excellent, the food is delicious, especially the appetizer (patas). The atmosphere is good.

I’ve not given a 1 star review in a long time, if ever. My wife and I visited for our anniversary dinner. The waitress was very off putting, and often seemed too preoccupied with hugging and laughing with other patrons, or looking at their photos. Having a second server on staff might help this place a lot, as it took a lot of time to get the attention of our waitress. My wife asked questions about her food allergies and ingredients in some of the food and was made to feel as though she inconvenienced the waitress.
