Incredibly friendly cashier with a lovely, melodic voice. Generous helpings from the quiet server. Food was southern-rice & gravy, fried okra, mac & cheese, a chicken thigh & homemade cornbread. I’m glad this place was here.

Spent lunchtime in Bishopville recently and found the most “local” place I could. I enjoyed Fried chicken, peas, macaroni and cheese. The friendly team seemed particularly proud of the cornbread … and with good reason. It’s hard to describe so just make sure you get some with whatever you order.
