The food has always been delicious but new owners have made it an exceptional place to dine! Upgrades all around but the service especially is so much quicker and great atmosphere. The best nutty muffin burger anywhere, and can’t go wrong with a side of fries or onion rings. Delicious homemade pies as well, highly recommend!

People have been telling me that they have the best onion rings and man are they really good. They are probably the best battered onion rings I’ve had. They were perfectly crispy without being greasy. Their burgers are also really good. Food was hot and pretty quick. The staff was very nice. We hope to go back soon!

My parent’s wanted Bishops they spent 41.00. the food was horrible.. onions rings were brown and empty.. like skin onions. Her sandwich had a peice or wilted old lettuce and 1 little tomatoe. It was gross. My meal was all greasy, and onion rings were dry too. The pie.. my mom ordered a peice of Apple pie.. It was RAW.. gross. I had to cook it in the oven for her. All young kids working there. Not the Bishops we remember. Sad really. We did get our money back, because I sent her the pictures of our food. Nightmare… Never again sorry to say.

Our waitress was exceptional! They made the nutty muffet sandwich open-faced, so we could share it. Baked beans were very good and topped off the meal with a cherry/hot fudge milkshake.

Usually pretty good service but last time I ordered take out they forgot my chief salad this time we ordered a large bucket of onion rings and it was only 3 quarters full and it was mostly ends and pieces and cooked too much and very hard. Very disappointing

Thank goodness some wonderfully great things never change. The same yummy deliciousness I remember from over 45 yrs past when I first discovered these unforgetable bites of crispy, crunchy, yummy goodness, cooked to perfection onion rings. The Bishop Burger is huge and has an onion ring on top, and with rings on the side there is more than enough to fill even the biggest and hungriest appetite. The Sloppy Joe is a must try as well.
