This restaurant is my favorite sushi place. It’s actually a place that got me into sushi. I would always try sushi when at Japanese restaurants and I would always spit it out because I thought it was disgusting and then I found this place completely by accident. I have came here maybe every week since then , I absolutely love it. The service is suburb, the food is amazing I always try something new everytime but I always order the Nuevo roll because it’s too good not to eat. I’ve recommended this place to friends and definitely recommend it to you the person reading this. Try it trust me!!

We’ve been here twice and the food is phenomenal! On top of that the owner is pure joy , love her , so attentive, great personality and goes throughout the place making sure that everyone has what they need ! On top of that she is a pro at making great cocktails. A definite great recommendation from us! Great rolls , hamachi collar and sushi . Mmmmm

This place was a lovely little surprise. Tucked away in a plaza, this place has a wonderful cozy feel. The service was wonderful. I took my best friend to dinner here for his birthday. The food did NOT disappoint. The rolls tasted fantastic with fresh fish. We loved the “Terry Roll”. Ask for it bc it was not on the menu. I’ll definitely be returning.

I dined here last night. I was delighted with all the things. The staff was courteous and prompt. The atmosphere was pleasant. A mix of both old and new feelings. It has an intimate feel. The noise level was very comfortable for a date night. I ordered Miso Soup, Spicy Tuna Roll, and (sorry to say, I can’t remember the name of the special roll) it had fried shrimp on top, with avocado in the middle and crab sticks on the bottom. Miso was delicious, spicy tuna roll was delicious. It tasted very fresh. Rice was warm, and the flavor was good. The special roll was excellent as well and huge! I couldn’t finish everything. The presentation was good as well. Would love to visit here again!

Fantastic service and great sushi! We had plum wine and the Husney Roll. It was a cacophony of flavors and textures with a slightly spicy sauce to accompany it. This was a pleasant start to our evening with good friends.

Wow. Yum. You should definitely try this place. It’s 20% more expensive than your average neighborhood sushi place, but it’s 50% better, too. If you want to have a perfect bite, try the wagyu nigiri. It’s $10 per piece (if they have it), but it is absolutely amazing.

I liked 2 of the rolls I had at Bishoku, but one was just okay. The ones we liked were Heavenly ($15.95) and Jackie’s ($15.95). The one I could’ve done without was the Husney ($20.95). The sauce that came with it was interesting.
