I can’t believe I never wrote a review for this location. I’m in here all the time. Today, we came in to try the smoke sausage, and it was on point. I ordered the load fries, and it had creamy gravy, eggs, peppers, and smoked sausage. Fully loaded! The watermelon tea gave me a glimpse of summertime. It also came in a soda or lemonade. Staff is always friendly

Same great food I remember when I lived in the triad area! I’m so glad they built one here in Kings Mountain!

Very good place for breakfast! I wish it was one in Florida where I’m from. I had the fried chicken biscuit, butter grits, and a strawberry lemonade. The grits weren’t what I’m use too but didn’t take away from the meal. That lemonade is sweet, I had to add some water or let the ice melt. Also I brought my dog some biscuits and cinnamon bun for the road.

I have not visited a Biscuitville in over 20 years and was excited to find one while traveling through the area. Based on the positive experience of the first visit, we made sure to stop again a few days later when we travelled back through the area. The manager happened to be at the register to welcome us and take our order on the second visit. Her smile and attitude were refreshing. Every one of the employees we saw, behind the counter and delivering orders, had a smile on their face and seemed happy to be there. We ordered a variety of items during both visits. The quality, temperature and appearance were great. I hope the company realizes that the management and staff at this location represent the business in a very positive manner.

Biscuitville is amazing!! The food is great and the service is excellent! I eat there often. However, today I tried something new. I purchased from their catering menu. They advertised the biscuits as “mini” biscuits, and let me tell you, they are not lying!! They are so tiny, it would probably take 6 of them to make one of their regular biscuits! I also ordered sausage balls. They tasted good, but they were also very tiny and flat, not balls at all! I’m not trying to complain here, I really love this restaurant! But buyer beware, I will not use them for catering again. Very tiny portions and quite expensive! If I wanted to feed a group again, I would just order a large order off the regular menu.

The Hispanic woman that help me was so lovely that I felt the need to write a review. When I got there, they didn’t have the strawberry muffin that I wanted, nor did they have the blueberry. But this woman’s customer service was so extra that it left me leaving with a pleasant experience. She didn’t do much, other than adding extra butter to my biscuits but it was her pleasant attitude and need to make up for the muffins without me ever even having to say a thing or really let on to my disappointment that made up for everything. It’s amazing the difference being kind can do.

The “star attraction” (biscuits) were okay. My wife and I both said that Bojangles biscuits are better. Where Biscuitville wins is the selection. For example, I got one of the platters which came with 4 eggs (I think), choice of bacon or sausage, and a side (cheese grits was my choice). We would dine again if we were in the area, but honestly this would probably not be a “Hey, let’s go here!” destination.

Fast service, friendly staff. I ordered the breakfast platter with bacon. When I received my food that was brought to our table by a polite young man, the only item that was hot was the grits. Biscuitville is the typical fast food restaurant with one exception. You’re able to see the staff prepare the biscuits from scratch when you come into the restaurant.

We came to KM for a funeral and pulled in to get breakfast. Not knowing the area, and me not knowing the menu, we pulled up to the menu so I could see what was offered. We were promptly told to back up by a girl who appeared at the rear of our vehicle. My friend told the girl that I didn’t know what they offered and we needed to see the menu. Why would you post a menu and then not let people see it before they order? She informed us that she was “NOT ALLOWED” to walk past some “line” and we needed to back up. My friend informed her that there were vehicles behind us and we could not backup. There was stunned silence. She simply stood there, like a soldier, at the rear of our vehicle, waiting on a command, not knowing what to do. We finally drove off. I simply wanted a biscuit but if I have to follow a strict protocol of not seeing a menu before I can place my order and spend my hard earned money, I will simply take my business to a vendor who will not only be happy to take my money but serve me with respect and gratitude. While I can’t comment on the food, I can comment on the seemingly ridiculous “rules” Biscuitville requires you to follow to place an order. Customer Service was severely lacking when an order taker can not simply walk the length of a car to take your order because of some imaginary “line”. How sad.
