Not the best pulled up to order they ask whats the name for the order i say Matthews person responded back Mathew what can i get for you i repeated the name is Matthews her response back Mathew now what can i get for you now this happens every time at this place the point is dont ask my name if you’re gonna repeatedly say it wrong on purpose. I try to give folks the grace I hope to receive, and I generally hesitate to post a negative review. This morning, we went to the Walkertown Biscuitville. The first thing we noticed was that all of the trash receptacles were overflowing. It appeared that none of the tables had been wiped down. Trash had spilled onto the floor. Sometimes, this location is understaffed, and we understand that employees can be hard to find. However, there were 8-10 employees in the building. The cashier closed the drawer without providing the coin change, she asked for help but the young lady (manager?) shrugged and said she didn’t know where the keys were. Four employees were near the drive-thru window, three seemed to be sharing stories with each other. They were loud and complained that there was no more bacon. While we were still waiting on change, another patron came up to report the trash issues, but the young cashier just mumbled about getting to it. Our food was ready promptly and was very good. We chose to dine-in. It was challenging to carry on a conversation at the table due to the yelling in and around the kitchen. This is not the first time we have noticed poor management here.

The foods good and everything but they got this one white lady maybe in her 40s or 50s in the Drive-Thru she always has an attitude bc cuz she forgets to give me & my fams food and this is not her first time she’s done multiple other occasions every single time we pull up to get breakfast and she’s at the drive-thru she always has the worst attitude.

So I had to up come back here today because I had to get a replacement chicken sandwich because mine was not added to my order. This is the second time they messed up my order. Not only that but when I went to go get my sandwich I received an attitude like I was the one who was wrong. Worse place ever to eat do not go here.

We ate in and our food was as ordered. Unfortunately, I ordered something thinking it was one thing and it turned out to be something totally different- had to scrape a lot off my biscuit but I ate it.

Busy Sunday but the crew at Biscuitville got us through a line wrapped around the building in 10 minutes. Our order was perfect. Salted Carmel late is amazing!
