We did take out so I don’t know what the atmosphere was like inside. It was a Sunday morning and it was extremely crowded I think the line went kind of quickly considering how many people there were. The person who took the order was very cheerful and pleasant.

Had back to back trips through the area and was looking forward to stopping here. First stop dine-in was great. Food was hot and delicious. Best gravy anywhere. Next day was a to-go order and hoping for a repeat. Biscuits were barely done. Very crumbly. The plain smoked sausage biscuit (specifically ordered plain and there was lots of button pushing on the register to do that) came loaded with peppers and onions anyway. Seems like a dedicated button for plain smoked sausage would be simple. They’re apparently pushing the pepper/onion thing but it created a lot of work to remove it from the order and still didn’t make a difference. Everything was room temperature at best. Three stars is an average but today alone would barely make two.

I’m a big fan of the biscuits here. They taste homemade, they have great biscuit options like bacon and sausage and tenderloin. They also have great French toast sticks and hash browns. My favorite new items are there chicken biscuits including the pimento cheese chicken biscuit and spicy honey chicken biscuit. They also have ♿ handicap accessible ️ parking, seating, and restrooms.

I usually have no issues with Biscuitville but today I ordered their smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit without onions and peppers. The lady was nice who gave me my food. However, by the time I got down the highway to dig in I find out that there is no egg but they did put onions and peppers on it and the biscuit was horrible. I’m going to need this franchise to do better especially where it’s located not being driver friendly. Somebody could get t-boned taking a left before they even get to eat their gross biscuit.
